Family house with veterinary surgery
Salač, Petr ; Sedlák, Radek (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
My bachelor‘s work occupies with project documentation for building of family house with operation a vet surgery, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area of family houses on the periphery of town. My bachelor’s work evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.
Calibration and linearization of an RTD sensor
Hucl, Václav ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
First part of this work is focused on the description exist method of analogue and digital calibration and linearization static parameters resistance sensors. Second part deal with concrete problem linearization thermistor NTC by multivibrator compound of two transistors same polarity and multivibrator, where active element is operational amplifier. Last part of bachelor work is devoted digital linearization based on curve fitting and linearization based on piecewise-linear interpolation, their using with thermistor NTC and comparison their attributes.
Simulator of typical rotational machinery components faults
Vaľko, Matej ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Čala, Martin (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is to create a library in programming environment LabVIEW by company National Instruments, which objective is to simulate vibrations of different mechanical components, such as shaft, rolling element bearings, plain gearing and planetary gearbox in different circumstances and failures. The theoretical part contains information about typical failures of this mechanical components and their typical failure frequencies obtained from literature. In the description of theoretical part is inscripted simulator with user interface in already mentioned programming environment LabVIEW. Result of this thesis is library, which images time course of vibrations and spectral analysis for diffrent components with their respective failures.
Monitoring stress in the mast
Bednář, Tomáš ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is an issue of measurement and monitoring stressing in the mast – high voltage and very high voltage. The solution of query, including the producer and the users, is also presented. The aim of this thesis is to propose sensors for this measurement and making practical measurement of the concrete very high voltage mast.
Intrinsic power supply
Wurzel, Tomáš ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis discusses development of intrinsically safe power supply designed for powering devices installed in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres. In this context, the work explains the concepts of intrinsic safety. Thesis describes the basic definition of intrinsically safe equipment, device parameter requirements and description of related standards matching ATEX directive. Thesis focuses on the design of internal circuits of intrinsically safe power supply whose principles are explained on the block diagram. Concrete parts of the block diagram are discussed and parameters of suitable components are calculated. The power supply is then built and its parameters are measured.
Thermal Mass Flowmeter
Mlčoch, Albert ; Kunz, Jan (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with verification of the mathematical model of a thermoanemometric sensor of water flow according to the King's equation. The model and measuring apparatus are briefly described. The paper deals mainly with measurement and its evaluation. The model is gradually modified depending on the measured data. The measurement evaluation summarizes the current knowledge and measurement accuracy of a modified sensor model. Another part of this paper deals with the simulation of observed processes in COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software, how this software works and its outcomes. In the final part of this paper, the electronic circuit of the sensor is designed.
Electronic Compass
Vomela, Miroslav ; Caha, Luděk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The article introduces a general survey of concepts in electronic navigation. It is focused especially on the use of AMR sensor along with MEMS accelerometer as a compact navigation system. The article also deals with calibration of errors, which can occur in this system.
Velocity pickup
Konečný, Jan ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of a sensor for measuring relative oscillation of two interacting surfaces. The thesis describes two possible solutions with their advantages and disadvantages, and a patent research. The main part of this bachelor thesis concentrates on inductive position sensor – its attributes and practical proposal.
The family hotel with wellness, Brno - Soběšice
Král, Vítězslav ; Sedlák, Radek (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis solves the design of a Family hotel with welness in Brno-Soběšice. The building has a T-shaped layout and has 2 above-ground storeys and one basement. The building has a flat roof with pebble. There are 12 rooms with lodging capacity of 16 guests and wellness.
Moisture Measurements
Hřib, Jan ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with measuring moisture in building materials and it is focused on the capacitive and microwave method. The goal was to find out whether it is possible to employ these two methods to determine moisture distribution in the volume of a measured material. This thesis contains theoretical introduction to the moisture measurement. Practical experiments were made with both capacitive and microwave method. Capacitive method was supplemented with a simulation. Based on the results, I conclude that the capacitive method is not suitable to determine moisture distribution in the volume of a material. The same conclusion was reached in the case of the microwave method, although this conclusion was based more on the theory than on the measurements.
