Benefits and barier of intrapreneuring

The main focus of this Bachelor's Thesis is on intrapreneurships and its benefits and barriers that it may bring to Czech management.The first part mentions the history development of the business environment which is followed by the definition of intrapreneuring and its comparison to other business forms. This paper points out the reasons why we should want to become intrapreneurs. The practical part of this project considers the similarity between the talent of management and the impact of the "freedom at work" that goes hand in hand with the intrapreneuring. Yet, it mainly contains a research that focuses on what benefits and barriers intrapreneurship brings to Czech management. In conclusion there are several suggestions made about how the intrapreneurship should be supported by management.
Optimalization recommendations for internet sales of Triola company

This diploma thesis demonstrates the importance of the internet sales in today's world, using an example of the real world company, Triola, which specializes in lingerie manufacturing. Objective of this thesis is behavioral analysis of the company's customers, followed by evaluation of this knowledge which results into recommendations on how to optimize internet sales and how to enhance the design and functionality to achieve this. Analysis and its evaluation are both based on the latest research in this field, which describes the customer's motivation for the internet shopping and the correlation between web design and impulsive shopping. Part of the analysis is also the comparison of trends in behavior of customers all across the world with customers from Czech Republic and with customers of Triola company, trying to identify trends that will likely affect the Triola company in the future. The thesis also comes up with important information about the customers of the Triola company and possible evolution of the internet sales and shows the different approaches for the Triola to take, in order to make internet shopping a pleasant experience for its customers and to raise the internet sales rates as a result.
Role of the support programme for entrepreneurs, when founding and building IT or technological company, comparision of Czech Repulic and foreign countries, suggestions for improvement

This Master Thesis deals with value added of provided services in a field of support for beginning entrepreneurs in Czech Republic and foreign country and their comparison. The Thesis is aimed at Czech coworking center Node5, which supports startup companies mainly form IT industry. Thesis has three partial goals "to analyze feedback of startup companies working at Node5", "to compare provided services by Node5 and chosen foreign coworking center" and "to identify best practice in Node5 and in chosen center". To achieve these goals, the qualitative research (especially partially standardized interviews) was used. Selection of foreign coworking center was based on similarity of provided services with Node5, so the comparison possible. The research and subsequent analysis showed, that Czech center Node5 provides services of similar range of provided services, however the quality of these services is lower compared to chosen foreign center. Therefore were suggested changes, which should improve current quality of Node5 services.
Modern trends in energetics of sustainable development

The aim of the thesis is to explain both the practical and theoretical aspects of the current trends in the development of sustainable communities. On the one hand, saving electricity and heat energy standards implementations - passive house, energy+, etc.; on the other hand, the possibilities of local communities supplying renewable electricity and heat in order to reach the highest share of renewable energy. In the practical part I will focus on the implementation of saving measures and the installation of renewable energy sources to a specific community. I will draw from the current architectural trends and the latest technologies for renewable energy sources.
Bioplastic bottles as an alternative to the bottles made of standard plastics

The objective of the Bachelor's Thesis is to examine the feasibility of a specific project of production and distribution of bioplastic bottles. The purpose of this Thesis is also its support. In this paper is also outlined the future of bioplastic bottles as an alternative to the bottles made of standard plastics and there is comparison with the current product range of competition. It contains also a list of advantages and disadvantages of this material, including mapping of environmental impacts. It also includes a market survey regarding drinking habits of population in the Czech Republic. Then determine the ideal parameters of the bottle based on the conclusions of this survey and recommended those in the management of the project.
Leadership as a tool of external motivation of employees in a small and medium-sized enterprise

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of management leadership and its impact on the motivation of employees in the Happy Sport company. In theoretical part the basic concepts of leadership and motivation, leadership models, leadership styles and motivation systems are described. In practical part using questionnaires, interviews and observations, ideas of management and staff about motivation and leadership are compared. The survey results are the basis for creating designs, which should lead to increase the employee motivation and help managers to become successful leaders.
The entry of the Czech company to the German market via e-shop

This master thesis concentrates especially on practical aspects of entrance of a specific Czech company to the German market through e-commerce. Therefore the thesis affects the whole process from the primary situation analysis prior to entering the market, through entrance strategy making process, partial marketing and financial strategies assembly, logistic and financial partners selection, concluded by launching the e-shop itself and processes of the strategic success factors evaluation. The first objective of this thesis is to create a strategy plan of entrance to the German market through e-shop. The second objective is to map the key aspects of the international expansion of the Czech company via e-shop concerning the environment in Germany.
Service design Zátiší Catering Group, a.s.

The thesis "Service Design of Zátiší Catering Group, a.s." is focused on the management of innovations and service design. The aim is to analyse and identify possible potential and opportunities for improvement of catering services in Zatiší Catering Group, a.s. Content of the thesis includes research of service design and innovation process, study based on application of the design service approaches, introduction of the study outputs, actual project of a new service design and recommendations. Following methods and techniques were used in research: persona, contextual interview, service safari, benchmarking, service blueprints, empathy map, product box. The thesis should contribute to the theoretical determination of service design and its following aplication in the design of a specific service. Final outcome of the study is a service proposal for a canteen in Lycée Français de Prague.

The diploma thesis describes the creation of a business plan for an existing company, which specializes in the manufacture of windows and doors, located in Slovakia. Its business objective is to establish, together with other shareholders, the new company abroad. The aim of this work is the evaluation of the business plan and a detailed description of all elements that are important in the process of its implementation. The theoretical part of work explains the purpose of the business plan, its goal is distribution basic requirements and description, which serves as a basis for the practical part. Practical part deals with creation of a specific business plan, focusing on its main components -- financial plan, marketing and business strategy.

The present Master's thesis seeks to evaluate a business plan of Start-up Company in apparel industry. The purpose of the paper is to determine the acceptability of an introduced project. As a starting point, the theoretical part elaborates indispensable principles of the business plan providing the fundamentals for further work. Since the project is taking place in another country, the second part describes its macro-environmental factors including the analysis of essential aspects of apparel industry. Finally, the last part provides the concrete business plan, the results of which adduce a possible acceptance of the project.
