The Master's Thesis is focused on the proposal of a new international marketing strategy for a selected company. The work consists of three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical background, definitions, and analyses in the field of marketing. The second part presents a selected company to which analysis of the internal and external environment are applied. Finally, in the third, suggestion part, proposals for new marketing activities of the selected company for entering the foreign market are set.

The Bachelor’s Thesis is focused on the evaluation of WINTERBERG Skalica, s.r.o., from the perspective of the financial status. In the first part there are basic goals of this work. In the theoretical part there are specific methods of the financial analysis. After introducing the company, I will deal with the economic situation and the subsequent examination in the practical part. In the last part there is my review and suggestions for improvement to the future.

Annotation Old Brno - City instead of factory The project deals with partially and untimely used area in Brno - city district Old Brno. The main goal of the project is to offer a valuable alternateve to living in the central part of the city. Raise Brno image of modern developing city. Raise Brno image of great place to live and prevent non-conceptual growing of the city to periphery. The new design creates compact city part with commercial areas and shopping arcades. The new city part will get an appearance of an historically grown city. Building tradition of compact city urban structures lasts for many centuries not only in czech cities.

Criminal Trial

1 CRIMINAL TRIAL Abstract The subject of this thesis is the criminal trial as the most important stage of the criminal proceedings. In this stage, the facts are established on the basis of evidence according to the precise provisions of the Czech Criminal Procedure Code and subsequently, the guilt or innocence of the defendant is determined. Aim of this thesis is to describe the criminal trial, from the definition of the basic principles on which it is based, through its preparation, taking of evidence, to the court's decision at the end. The emphasis is on theoretical interpretation of the key institutes and also to the problems encountered in practice. The thesis is supported with relevant case law, proceedings in juvenile and corporate cases, and also with de lege ferenda proposals that are either already part of the draft of the new Criminal Procedure Code or should be part of it. The thesis consists of a total five chapters, an introduction and a conclusion. The first chapter deals in detail with the application of the basic principles of criminal procedure in the criminal trial and also discusses the debated expression and placement of these principles in the new Criminal Procedure Code. Ideological affinity or political opportunism? Pro-Russian attitudes of euopeans political parties of the populist right. The Case of League and the Freedom Party of Austria in 2014-2019

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what reasons led the European right-wing populist parties to articulate their pro-Russian attitudes in the political and media environment after the Russian annexation of Crimea in 2014.Based on two case studies, the paper analyzes pro-Russian attitudes of the European parties: Italian Lega,( English: League) and Austrian Freiheitliche Partei Österreichs, FPÖ,( English: The Freedom Party of Austria) between 2014 and 2019 in the European Parliament and in the media. It also examines the nature of this alliance from the perspective of political parties. The subject of the analysis was to monitor the degree of consistency of pro-Russian attitudes of both parties before and after they became a part of national governments, and the aim was to reveal whether the motivation of both parties was driven by ideological affinity with Russia, pragmatic motives, or a combination of both. At the same time, the paper tries to show how the real politics and rhetoric of populist parties change at the time when these parties are in power.
