The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family house the level of documentation for building construction. House is designed for a family of four. Built-up area is 608,23 square meters. Enclosure is designed as a saddle roof. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm. Configuration management for Cisco backbone network

The main aim of the master thesis was to create an application for backbone network configuration management. The priority of the application was to be effective and easy to take. Program has to be able to communicate with network devices by remote control and to download and upload configuration files. The program has enable also availability verification for remote control. For this purpose the ICMP protocol was used. The remote control is provided by telnet protocol and the protocol TFTP has been chosen for file tranfers providing. The application is a multithreading application based on the Java programming language. The Java graphic library Swing was used for GUI creation. The application supports file versioning, the configuration of the program can be saved as a text file, which can be easy changed by user. The program and its features are described in the second part of this thesis. The first part deals with theoretical facts about the IP networks and remote control of the Cisco backbone network devices.

The aim of this thesis is to design a database for a selected company, which concerns the creation of production labels. Within this thesis I am going to concentrate on designing the structure of the database and its implementation. The database will be implemented on the Microsoft SQL Server platform using the tools of Microsoft Management Studio.

House with a shop

In my bachelor thesis I deal with a proposal of the house with a shop. The building is situated in the suburbs of Frydlant near the ski slope. The building is elongated rectangular shape with an adjoining garage. Designed as a single-floored wooden structure with a gabled roof and wooden panel coating. The central part of the building is brick sand-lime bricks on two floors with a rack roof. From an architectural perspective, the facades are divided according to purpose of interior. In the parts of shop and living room, facades are designed as self-supporting glass facade. Proposal of internal layout of the building is designed so that its functions meet requirements of all users of home and store. Individual places have their own entrances to the building, to prevent unauthorized movement of persons. For shop parking places are built . The building is designed on the documentation level for the execution of the project and is designed to suit the requirements according to standards.

System for the support of comparison of algorithms for noise reduction in audiosignal

The main purpose is to create a system for working with audio-signal, which is user-friendly and ready for next expansion. The program is developed in the Qt library of the Linux Ubuntu 7.4 operating system with using of C/C++ language. Another purpose is to demonstrate the functionality of the program on simple channel speech. To this aim there are implemented algorithms of the spectral subtraction and of the spektrogram's tresholding with using of FFT algorithm. The parts of the work are the teoretical part of the GUI implementation and the implementation of denoising methods, a partial description of the program and his structure and instruction manual.

Sport-hotel Frýdlant

In my thesis I will deal with the draft project documentation for sport hotel. This object is located in the quiet southeastern part of Frydlant with city views and easy access to the nearby sports facilities. It is an object of part two storey and a basement. The building is set into the sloping terrain, so the underground floor extends on to the ground. The building is based on foundation walls and footings that are made of reinforced concrete. Load-bearing walls of the underground floors are designed as reinforced concrete. Ceiling structure of the building is made as reinforced concrete beam ceiling and in other structure parts as a crosswise reinforced concrete plate. Perimeter bearing walls and two floors, are designed from the acoustic sand-lime bricks Silk. External walls are warmed by a contact insulation system. Flat single shell roof was chosen over part of the restaurant. Double-layer roof with a supporting truss structures above the main part of the building. The building is divided into functional parts. Accommodation capacities are mostly on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and space for staff. In the basement there is a functional part of the wellness and gym with common dressing rooms. The only entrance path allows convenient control of customers. The building is wheelchair accessible.

Diagnostics of air circuit breaker for low voltage

This bachelor work is focused on low-voltage circuit breakers. It also includes the history of the low voltage circuit breakers. Subsequently, the label values of the Siemens air circuit breaker are described and the comparison of this circuit breaker with competitors' products is shown. Basic principes of diagnostics is explained in this bachelor work. Work is focused on examination of the standardized type tests such as temperature rise test, tripping limits and characteristics test, dielectric properties test.

Sanctioning of legal persons

1 Sanctioning of legal persons Abstract Sanctioning of legal person is a topic that is more than relevant. Although the phenomena of criminal liability of legal person is not unknown to the continental Europe, rapid development can be seen in the second half of 20th century and in the beginning of the 21st century where most of European countries enacted laws regarding criminal liability of legal persons. The Czech Republic enacted the Act No. 418/2011 Coll. on the criminal liability of legal persons (hereinafter "ZTOPO"). This diploma thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is about criminal liability of legal persons in general. It provides a quick historical evaluation and analysis of the term criminal liability of legal persons itself, then it is focused on the ZTOPO. The second part is focused on compliance program with regard to its function, preferable content and relevant case law. The third and fourth part is the core of this diploma thesis. The third part solely focuses on sanctioning of legal entities under the ZTOPO. It separately describes every sanction that could be imposed under the law and focuses on the deficits of the legislation. Environmental friendly forms of housing in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis called " Environmental friendly forms of housing in the Czech Republic " focuses on the issues of environmentally friendly houses. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the environmentally friendly buildings in general. It explains the basic terms and describes the situation in the Czech Republic as well as contains the assessment of each of the Czech regions and their approach to the environment. The second part of the thesis is about the ecological build-up in Prague and the attitude of residents of the environmentally friendly districts of Horní Počernice and Dolní Měcholupy.
