Deconvolution of hemodynamic response from fMRI data
Bartoň, Marek ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Havlíček, Martin (advisor)
This paper deals with the variability of HRF, which may have crucial impact on outcomes of fMRI neuronal activation detection in some cases. There are three methods described - averaging, regression deconvolution and biconjugate gradient method - which provide HRF shape estimation. In frame of simulations regression method, which uses B-spline curves of 4-th order for window length of 30 s, was chosen as the most robust method. Deconvolution estimates was used as HRF models for classic analyse of fMRI data, concretely visual oddball paradigm, via general linear model. Enlargement of localizated areas was observed and after expert consultation with scientific employees from neurology clinic, outcomes was evaluated as relevant. Furthermore Matlab application, which provides confortable observation of HRF variability among brain areas, was made.
Modelling of heamodynamical responce function on neuronal activation
Bartoň, Marek ; Bartoš, Michal (referee) ; Havlíček, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes relationships between neuronal activity and cerebral metabolism, furthermore deals with modeling of cerebral blood dynamics for fMRI purpose, compares several chosen models and presents outcomes of fMRI data analyses obtained by application of these models.
Seletice, the new building of dairy - the rough substructure
Bartoň, Marek ; Bříza, Lukáš (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the construction and technology project for the execu-tion phase of the structural works on the Seletice dairy farm substructure. It is a three-story skeleton frame structure. The content of this work is the technical report, the transport solutions to the construction site, the construction site equipment design, the technological regulation, control and test plan, the itemized budget, health and safety at work, time plan and environmental protection.
Apartment house Anglický dvůr - building technology project
Bartoň, Marek ; Kopecký, Lukáš (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a construction technology project for the Apartment house Anglický dvůr in Prague. This work deals with off-site transport solutions, supply of construction materi-als, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, ensuring occupational health and safety, ecology and environmental protection. The work also deals with the optimal assembly of construction site equipment, drawing resources during construction and solves the time de-mands of the shell construction. Part of the diploma thesis is also the solution of problems re-lated to building procedures, draft contract for work and compilation of technological regulation.
Correlates finding of heart rate changes in fMRI data
Jurečková, Kateřina ; Gajdoš, Martin (referee) ; Bartoň, Marek (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with problematic of correlates finding of heart rate changes in fMRI data. The first part describes principle of fMRI, creation of BOLD signal, data acquisition, their pre-processing and analysis. The next part describes heart rate variability and its impact on fMRI data. The following section is dedicated to pre-processing of heart rate time series to the form, which can be used in correlates finding of heart rate variability and fMRI data with generalized linear model. The process of statistical testing and its result with discussion can be found in the last part of this thesis.
Influence of the reaction time on neuronal response amplitude after the uncommon stimuli in fMRI images
Klimeš, Filip ; Bartoň, Marek (referee) ; Lamoš, Martin (advisor)
The goal of my bachelor’s thesis is to provide basic idea of the functional magnetic resonance imaging. The theoretical part deals with general principles, methods of measurement and analysis of fMRI data. The partial and also key objective is to design ways of modelling reaction time within the concept of general linear model. The goal of the practical part was to become familiar with SPM toolbox and then to implement designed ways on group data. The implementation was carried out at two levels: preprocessing and analysis of measured data. Preprocessed data were subjected to the first level analysis and second level analysis. Next aim is to evaluate the results of both analysis and thus different approaches to the modelling of reaction time and its influence on neuronal response amplitude after uncommon stimuli in functional magnetic resonance images.
