Grate Boiler for Coal and Bagasse Combustion - 200 t/h, 9.3 MPa, 520 °C
Bartůněk, David ; Ryšavý, Milan (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
The object of the thesis is to design a grate boiler for bagasse and brown coal combustion with a heat output of 160 MW. Calculations of a flue gas stoichiometry are based on known element analyses of each fuel. The crucial part of the thesis includes designs of heat-exchanging surfaces, where the bagasse is considered as the main fuel while the brown coal is the spare one. Overall thermal balance and an actual boiler efficiencies are provided in last chapters. The boiler-outlet flue gas temperature is compared with the dew point temperature at the very end of the thesis. As a part of the thesis there is a design of the boiler attached.
Mathematical model of test facility for study critical heat flux
Bartůněk, David ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Suk, Ladislav (advisor)
In the first part, the bachelor thesis is focused on the description of test facility used for studying critical heat flux and for visualizing two-phase flow in the vertical canal. In the next part, there are the basic mathematical methods that are used for solving transient behavior of real devices. The last practical part of the thesis deals with applying of preceding methods to the preheater as part of the experimental loop and creating mathematical model of this device.
Vliv technologie kompostování v městské kompostárně na kvalitu produktu
BARTUNĚK, David
The thesis is about the processing of biological waste in the Czech composting plants with focus on the quality of the final compost. In 2016, there was more than 160 composting plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the most widely used technologies in small composting plants in terms of their impact to the quality of the final product, including the follow-up of individual indicators during composting. The best technology in my work is based on a higher decomposition temperature (85 ° C) at the first stage of composting. The practical part of thesis is focused on the measurement of ion-exchange capacity according to Sandhof as a main material for the overall evaluation of the functionality of composting. The final value shows the compost quality of the individual composting plants in terms of ion exchange flexibility of the produced substrate. The best result was achieved with the combination of composting boxes and composting in the belt heaps. The value of the ion-exchange capacity with the best technology was 52.8 mval .100 g of the soil, with 77.9% of the distributed biowaste. You have to expect with an average annual costs of composting about 1,696,000 crounds in the Czech republic, when you are designing small functional composting plant with production of 2000 tons of the compost per year.

Composting of urban green areas in urban compost facility in Březnice
BARTUNĚK, David
This thesis deals with the use of municipal biowaste, which processes compost facility in the city Březnice. In this work are dealt optimal conditions for composting, composting grass biomass then composting technology and at the end concept of composting in the city Březnice with a total processing technology and equipment. The aim of my thesis was to outline the composting and propose optimal solutions for the construction of a composting facility. Part of this work is also an experiment with ion exchange capacity, which proves the importance of following the correct composting process for the production of quality compost. The contribution of this work rests primarily as such its integrity and organization. It is possible to find there the right parameters for creating the right conditions of the composting process, including the elements necessary for actual registration of compost.
