Vinařské obce Havraníky, Popice a Konice

The bachelor thesis deals with soil and climatic conditions on the Vine. It examines the specific wine villages: Havraníky, Popice and Konice from Znojmo region, as the smallest sub-region in Moravia. The main objective of this thesis is to describe in detail the vineyard of the municipalities in terms of geology, climate and soil conditions, varietal and method of keeping vine. Prominent local wine growers and wine producers are mentioned in the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on sensory and basic chemical analysis of characteristic wines of the area. For this analysis, grape variety Sauvignon was chosen, as a typical representative of these villages. The final results are evaluated and described in detail at the end of the thesis.
