Alžběta Čábelková Thesis opponent: Title of the Bachelor Thesis: Application of Pro-Active Approach with Urias Air Splints in Occupational Therapy of the Upper Limb for Children with Cerebral Palsy Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the use of Pro-active approach in neurorehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes, cerebral palsy specifically its etiology, classification of individual forms and their clinical picture. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the approach of Urias and other therapeutical aids PANat), the basic characteristic, the neurophysiological background and the model of motor learning. At the end of the theoretical part are examples of inflatable planks and therapeutic tools of PANat. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to draw up a training plan according to the PANAT concept to influence the range of movements in the upper limb in children with spastic quadruparative and triparetic form of cerebral palsy The partial goal is to determine if a three- month rehabilitation with the help of a set exercise plan has an effect on muscle tone, grip function and self-sufficiency.
