Christmas program offer of selected Czech full-format television stations in the years 2016-2020
Blažková, Andrea ; Jirák, Jan (advisor) ; Zavřelová, Monika (referee)
The Bachelor's thesis offers answers to questions about Christmas television broadcasting of full-format stations in the period from 23rd to 26th December in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the history and present of Christmas celebrations in the territory of the Czech Republic. It shows the differences which have arisen over time, between how Christmas was celebrated before and which of our traditions persist till today. Furthermore, the work offers basic information about rituals, production of the program scheme and broadcasting in general. The theoretical part also includes short subchapters on the history of television broadcasting in our territory and the regulation of television broadcasting. In addition to hypotheses and researched questions, the analytical part also comes with the characteristics of the researched sample, specifically with a short history of individual full-format stations. The analysis provides a description of individual television programs on all of the above-mentioned days, which usually took place from 6 am to 10 pm. For comparison, there are included in the analysis both commercial (Prima, Nova) and public (ČT1, ČT2) program offer. Towards the end of the analytical part, there are provided a list of recurring comedies and fairy tales. Among other...
Modification of the capillary wall for the separation purpose I.
Blažková, Andrea ; Kučera, Radim (advisor) ; Kastner, Petr (referee)
Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Analysis Andrea Opavská doc. PharmDr. Radim Kučera, Ph.D. Modification of the capillary wall for the separation purpose I In general, capillary electrophoresis is a separation method suitable for the analysis of charged molecules, eventually neutral substances. The interest in this method and its further modification (e.g. capillary electrochromatography) has been increasing in recent years, is developing. In the case of capillary electrochromatography, the development focuses mainly on the modification of the inner wall of the capillary. The purpose of this modification is in particular to introduce a stationary phase that would improve selectivity, as well as the modification of the electroosmotic flow. The thesis deals with the modification of the internal capillary wall and the subsequent testing of the prepared capillary. One possibility is chemical coating. The second tested method is called Layer-by-Layer and represents the layering of variously charged substances in layers interacting with each other through electrostatic forces. In our work we used polycation poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) and graphene dispersion. The choice of graphene is very advantageous because it has excellent adsorption properties due to its morphological...
