Functional disorders of motion system, their diagnosis and therapy- lumbar spine

The aim of my bachelors work was to describe the formation of functional disorders of the motion system in details in the theoretical part. There have also been described the most commonly used methods of therapy of the functional disorders. For each individual method of therapy are given the theoretical principles of the method, indications and contraindications, examples of exercises and practice exercises, advantages and disadvantages of the method. In the practical part was performed clinical examination and then was developed casuistry in selected patient. Patients were selected in the Department of Rehabilitative Medicine. Therapy was conducted with two patiens one and half months. Each patient had six respectively seven therapies. In the beginning patients were examined, then was conducted therapy in which were used methods described in the theoretical part. Therapy was finished by final examination and evaluation of the patiens.
Physiotherapy after breast surgery

The aim of this work is to describe the issue of breast cancer surgery and the role of physiotherapy in this area. The theoretical part describes basics of breast anatomy, defines breast carcinoma, its diagnosis, risk factors, types, ways of spreading and symptoms of the disease. For the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications is crucial early and long-term physiotherapy of the patients. Next chapter describes the objectives of physiotherapy, kinesiological analysis of patients and most frequently used therapeutic techniques. The last chapter deals with the psychological aspect of therapy and confirms the significant influence of psychic on the results of treatment and on the quality of life of the patients. The practical part aims to analyze the physical condition of the patients after breast surgery and to evaluate the effect of physiotherapy on the course of treatment and prevention of postoperative complications. The second objective was to determine the level of awareness of breast cancer patients and possible postoperative complications. In order to meet the goals, the case studies of two patients who underwent a breast rescue operation with several sub- nodal nodes were processed. Sitting balance in stroke patients. Objective evaluation of stabilisation mechanism exercises.

Author: Marianna Chábová Tutor: MUDr. Marie Tichá Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Sitting balance in stroke patients - objective evaluation of stabilisation mechanism exercises Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of sitting balance in stroke patients and objective evaluation of stabilization mechanism exercises. Sitting balance in stroke patients is one of the important goals in rehabilitation which leads to patient self-reliance development, standing balance and firm locomotion. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the stroke and subsequent sitting balance in stroke patients. There is also an introduction to the diagnosis of the sitting balance methods used in the practical part - Sitting Balance Score test and HomeBalance device. The practical part of the thesis examines four patients after stroke divided into 2 groups. The first group takes 10 therapies focussed on the sitting balance using the HomeBalance device, each of them 15 minutes long. The second group take no therapy using this device. All patients got through the same diagnosis of the sitting balance using the tests mentioned above at the beginning and at the end of the experiment.
