Využití respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů po prodělání onemocnění Covid-19
BÍLKOVÁ, Klára
Covid-19 disease is caused by a new type of coronavirus, technically called SARS-CoV-2, which had not been identified in humans before December 2019. It is a droplet- and aerosolborne infectious disease mainly affecting the nasopharynx and lungs. Nowadays, numerous people suffer from the after-effects of having contracted Covid-19, the so-called post-covid syndrome. This is a set of different symptoms that can provide in essence the whole body. The most common complaints include shortness of breath and a persistent cough, deconditioning, headaches, back and chest pain to varying degrees, weakness and fatigue, as well as psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, concentration disorders and insomnia. From a physiotherapy perspective, these symptoms can be modified to varying degrees. For example, directly respiratory difficulties - influencing lung function, respiratory muscles, restoring the correct breathing stereotype. However, we can also influence posturalarticular functions and posture. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the most common health problems of patients after Covid-19 infection and to suggest appropriate physiotherapy approaches for the identified difficulties. In particular, the thesis focuses on breathing difficulties and the possibility of influencing them with respiratory physiotherapy techniques. A qualitative research strategy was chosen, the research population consisted of five adult patients, and during the course of the research the number was reduced to four probands. The condition for inclusion in the research was a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection, after which patients continued to experience some persistent health problems. Physiotherapy interventions were targeted to optimize respiratory function using selected respiratory physiotherapy techniques. The results were processed by comparing the input and output kinesiological analysis, measuring inspiratory and expiratory mouth pressures using the MicroRPM device and measuring the patient's lung function using spirometry. Improvements were achieved in walking ability, postural-respiratory diaphragmatic function, chest mobility, respiratory pressure values and subjective perception of health status. Some improvement in lung function was also noted by spirometry.
Jana Zátková (1859-1933). Forgotten personality in the History of South Bohemia?
BÍLKOVÁ, Klára
The thesis aims to provide a more comprehensive survey of life and public activities of Jana Zátková, a notable native of České Budějovice. She made her mark on the history of the town not only as a wife of August Zátka, the leader of the České Budějovice Czechs, but also through her activities for the Czech youth and mainly through building the first Czech girls´ lyceum, the very first one in Bohemia. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the history of both native families of Jana Zátková (i.e. the Strandl and Klavík families). The second chapter describes her family background, childhood and upbringing till the marriage with August Zátka. The marriage itself is described in the third chapter which also presents August Zátka´s family background and public activities as well as the life stories of their three children. The last but one chapter deals with public activities of Jana Zátková in a ladies´ society called Ludmila. The last fifth chapter deals with the final years of her life.

CHARLES UNIVERSITY IN PRAGUE Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical technology Name of the student: Klára Bílková Title of diploma thesis: Influence of plastification on rheological properties of oligoester of lactic acid and glycolic acid branched with dipentaerythritole Consultant: PharmDr. Eva Šnejdrová, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis was the study of rheological properties of the oligoester of DL-lactic and glycolic acids branched with 1% of dipenthaerythritol (1D) and plasticized with 6 various plasticizers in increasing concentrations. Theoretical part was devoted to fundamentals of rheology and measurements of viscosity using rotational viscometers. It describes basic types and constructions of rotational rheometers and summarizes basic facts about bioadhesion and use of rheological method for assessment of bioadhesion. There were prepared matrices from oligoester 1D and plasticizers in concentrations of 20 %, 30 % and 40 % in the experimental part. These plasticizers were tested: ethyl pyruvate, ethyl salicylate, methyl salicylate, triacetin, tributyrin and triethyl citrate. Rheological properties were examinated at 37 řC using spindle viscometer and at 37 řC and 50 řC using rotational rheometer. Rheograms were used to characterize flow properties of tested...
"Mother cradles the whole world on her hands." Ladies´ society called Ludmila in České Budějovice and its educational institutes for girls (1885-1950)
BÍLKOVÁ, Klára
The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive survey of history and activities of ladies´ society called Ludmila. This society left its mark on the history of the city by its charitable activities, which aided the poor school children, and by establishing and funding schools for girls and a boarding school for girls in České Budějovice.
