The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the price of a family house’s construction object while the purpose of using it is being changed to the administrative building. The bachelor thesis consist of a theoretical part, where the problematic of prices is cleared, the budgets and the defining of each term that is used in the second part of the bachelor thesis, the practical part. The practical part deals with the plans for building a family house and its price evaluation. It also deals with the collection of appropriate data for the determination of the price of the object on the market by the comparison method and then the subsequent finding the real price. The output of the bachelor thesis is to compare and then to choose the most convenient future evaluation of the building object.

Bachelor’s thesis is aimed to the analysis of the budgetary costs and the real expensiveness of a reconstruction of two-floor family house in Brno. A purpose of the thesis is to the analyze the cost and draw up a manual for detailed costs analysis procedure. The work is divided into two parts, particular unites related to assigned topic are described in the theoretical part, while in the practical part there are analysed the budgetary cost and the possible differences from the real expensiveness are mentioned.

The subjekt of bachelor thesis Calculation of station basis material is to analyze the cost of the material station basis. This thesis deals with variants of whether the material station basis, specifically scaffolding, better to own or rent it. There is evaluated, how many rotations are needed to make the investment back. The thesis analyzes and shows who belongs profit of calculation.
