Extraction of Drinking and Surface Water by Organic Solvent in Order to Determine Toxic Compounds Traces.
Rousková, Milena ; Tříska, Jan ; Heyberger, Aleš
Liquid-liquid extraction was used for reliable, relatively fast and inexpensive concentration of very low contents of volatile organic compounds from chlorinated water, especially supply and drinking water. Extraction column with vibrating plates was used. Drinking water was enriched by 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at concentration level of 52.1 ng/l. Consecutively the extraction recovery of individual components was monitored.
