Validace optických sond-fikce a realita
Večeř, Marek ; Vejražka, Jiří ; Sechet, P. ; Orvalho, Sandra ; Růžička, Marek ; Cartellier, A. ; Drahoš, Jiří
This contribution deals with the dynamics of the penetration of the fine thin sharp tip of a optical fiber probe with the gas-liquid interface at a surface of a gas bubble freely moving in a liquid. Simple experiments were performed where the process under study was monitored with help of two independent sources of information, employed simultaneously.
Experimental Study of Bubble Interactions with Wall.
Zedníková, Mária ; Vejražka, Jiří ; Růžička, Marek
The work deals with the experimental study of hydrodynamic behaviour of bubbles with various sizes bouncing on a wall in liquid. The aim of the work is to obtain bubble trajectory and bubble velocity. The experiments are made using a high speed camera Kodak Ektapro (max 10 000 fps). From the images, the bubble diameter, its centre, steady-state bubble rise velocity and also local velocity especially during the bouncing. The rebounding conditions are also evaluated. The results are compared with the models available in the literature.
Hydrodynamika interakcí bubliny s částicí v kapalné fázi
Zedníková, Mária ; Havlica, Jaromír ; Růžička, Marek ; Drahoš, Jiří
The aim of the contribution is to obtain experimental data needed to improve the knowledge in this area. The hydrodynamics of bubble-particle interactions is studied using high speed camera Kodak Ektapro. From the images the bubble velocity and bubble trajectory is evaluated. Focus is put on the dependence of dimensions of both objects on the bubble-particle attachment process and on the collision efficiency.
Tvorba bublin: CFD simulace a experimenty
Havlica, Jaromír ; Bunganič, Radovan ; Růžička, Marek ; Drahoš, Jiří
The motivation of our work is the bubble generation from orifices of a gas distributor in bubble columns. Our interest is in the detail dynamics of bubble formation, namely in investigation of the synchronous and asynchronous modes of bubbling from multiple orifices. We considered the bubble formation both form a needle and an orifice on plate. We approached the problem with both the CFD and experiment.
