Extraction of Mandibular Disc in MR Images
Mikulka, J. ; Gescheidtová, E. ; Bartušek, Karel
This article deals with a segmentation of MR images in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) area. The article shows our results of the segmentation of some MR slices with visible mandibular disc. These results are poised to following postprocessing which will be the 3D model of the mandibular disc creation.
Generátor šumu s DSP96002
Gescheidtová, E. ; Bartušek, Karel ; Dokoupil, Zdeněk
In the paper, the design and software implementation are described of a generator of pseudorandom binary noise signal of adjustable length and with repetition of pseudorandom binary signal sequence. The parameters of noise outputs are stable, well defined and variable over a wide range.
Určení rozdílů relaxačních časů T2 u PMMA gelových elektrolytů
Vognar, J. ; Bartušek, Karel ; Novák, V. ; Vondrák, Jiří
T2 relaxation is complex phenomenon, but at its most fundamental level, it corresponds to a decoherence of the transverse nuclear spin magnetization.
Zajímavá metoda měření difúze v heterogenních materiálech
Bartušek, Karel ; Dokoupil, Zdeněk ; Rychnovský, Jan
The paper describes the design and experimental verification of a new method for measuring the diffusion coefficients is heterogeneous systems.
Vliv magnetické susceptibility na T1 relaxace 129Xe.
Bartušek, Karel ; Rychnovský, Jan
Every substance has its own susceptibility, which can affect homogenous magnetic field in magnetic resonance measuring. Local homogenous magnetic field deformation reduces T1 and T2 relaxation times of measured materials. By the laboratory glasses magnetic susceptibilities measurement, we obtained theirs walls influence to thermally polarized 129Xe T1 relaxation times.
Fenomén nehomogenity materiálu v NMR
Fiala, P. ; Kroutilová, E. ; Steinbauer, M. ; Dohnal, P. ; Bartušek, Karel
This article deals with the verification of experimental results obtained by numerical simulation. We solved the effect of changes in the homogeneity of magnetic fields evoked by different samples from conductive and/or magnetic materials and the different types of inhomogeneity in the MR tomograph. Moreover, the paper will describe the suitable magnetic resonance techniques.
Reverzní rekonstrukce signálu měřeného NMR technikami
Bartušek, Karel ; Fiala, P. ; Kroutilová, E. ; Steinbauer, M. ; Dohnal, P.
This article deals with the reverse reconstruction results obtained from the numerical simulation of MR signals by various techniques, which will be usable for the experimental results verification. We solved the effect of changes of magnetic fields in MR tomography. The paper will describe the magnetic resonance imaging method applicable mainly in MRI and MRS in vivo studies.
