Algoritmus pro nelineární nejmenší čtverce
Balda, Miroslav
The contribution deals with a problem of experimental data processing by a least squares approach. A Matlab function based on Fletcher's version of Levenberg-Marquardt method has been implemented and tested even for a constrained problem
Stanovení únavové životnosti při působení hlavních napětí
Balda, Miroslav ; Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
Structures, in general, are exposed to random excitations, which generate normal and torsional stresses. While an estimation of fatigue life is rather well known for uniaxial stress, quite different situation holds for combined random stress. A new approach to the title problem is described lower. It is based on cumulation of stress energy density in peaks of a complex damaging stress.
Database of experimental data fatigue tests part no.1
Fröhlich, Vladislav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Svoboda, Jaroslav
Development report includes database measured experimental data. Procedure for conversion measured data and method lodgment data in database and their using.
Fatigue tests of a model of fock-pin fitting of blades
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
Speciments, made out of X12Cr13 materialy were tested for fatigue life. The specimen was loaded by a static axial form and simultanously by a harmonic lateral force generating bending stress on the blade root. The goal of tests was to obtain S-N curve of the gover structure.
A new way of estimation of fatigue life under random stress
Balda, Miroslav
The contribution deals with a new way of evaluating fatigue lives of parts exposed to a combined random loading. It unifies results of fatigue tests gained by uniaxial, multiaxial, harmonic and random loading into a single form in non=dimensional parameters.
The Fatigue test of the forked suspener model of turbine blades
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav ; Jiřík, Petr ; Klášterka, Petr
The report gatheres resultsof test, which had the aim to obtain fatigue properties of a pin fitting a root of turbine blade in a moving wheel. The detail is loaded by a combination of axial static load and dynamicbendingin lateral direction. The real stress has been mesured by a set of straingages near pinholes.
Fatigue strength and life of real structures under combined random loading
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
A rather often kind of combined stress is a case, when one of its components acts statically. The contribution deals with some rsults of research works, the goal of which has been to reveal an influence of the static component on a resulting fatigue life, and to find a way of its including into fatigue strength evalutions. A procedure for finding a critical stress for an estimating of a structure save life is presented. Unfortunately, the fatigue life calculation is more complicated and needs some experiments, which will yield additional informstion on a material behaviour under required stress combination and levels.
Velocity of fatigue crack propagation under combined stress with one static and the other dynamic component
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
Tube speciments have been tested under combinations of static and dynamic loading. It has been revealed that the static component influences fatigue life significantly without any effect on the crack direction. The contribution deals with the influence of the static component on the velocity of crack propagation, a range of the stress intensity factor, and coefficients of Paris formula for residual fatigue life calculations.
Generating a special loading processes
Balda, Miroslav
New computing methods for assessment of fatigue lives of machine parts exposed to combined stress should be tested. With a view to it, fatigue experiments are pursued with predefined periodic processes compounded of deterministic time functions of normal and shear stresses. A straight application of simple functions leads to improper results due to dynamic properties of the testing machine. The contribution describes a way of generating loading processes of much better properties.
The crack propagation under combined stress with one component constant and second dynamic one
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Balda, Miroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
One of the aims of fatigue experiments made on tube form steel specimens armed with a lateral hole was to obtain the influence of a static load on fatigue life and a direction of a fatigue propagation under combined stress. The results of tests have revealed that the static stress influences final fatigue life while does not influence the crack direktion.
