Vliv ligandů na stabilitu specifického komplexu tvořeného proteinem estrogenovým receptorem a DNA estrogenovým responsivním elementem po ozáření
Štísová, Viktorie ; Goffinont, S. ; Spotheim-Maurizot, M. ; Davídková, Marie
The overall stability of the specific complex between estrogen receptor protein and DNA estrogen response element under irradiation has been followed. The effect of ligands, estrogen and or tamoxifen, has been determined.
Vliv ionizujícího záření na komplex DNA s receptorem estrogenů
Štísová, Viktorie ; Goffinont, S. ; Maurizot, M. S. ; Davídková, Marie
Radiation damage of specific complex between DNA estrogen response element and protein estrogen receptor was studied. The overall stability of the complex and particular damages of both biomolecules under irradiation were followed.
The influence of ionizing radiation to the DNA-estrogen receptor complex
Štísová, Viktorie ; Běgusová, Marie ; Spothein-Maurizot, M. ; Goffinont, J.
The influence of ionizing radiation on the stability of specific complex between DNA bearing estrogen response element and estrogen receptor protein. Protein irradited alone loses its ability to form the complex with nonirradiated DNA at much lower doses than these when the whole complex is destroyed. Theoretical model RADACK has been applied to calculate yields of damages within DNA and protein.
