Process optimalization using automatic identification methods in DTZ Liberec s.r.o.

This diploma thesis covers the procedure of process optimalization within the project of design and implementation of automatic identification system in DTZ Liberec s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the general scope of business processes, their management and improvement. Furthermore, it gives an account of the fundaments of project management and presents the basic technologies of automatic identification, as well as possibilities for its use. The practical part describes the project and presents its outcomes. After introduction into company's situation, basic issues connected with project team assembly are outlined. The core of the practical part covers the identification of processes in areas, where automatic identification is being implemented, definition of specifics of their use and design of process changes with the goal of increasing their efficiency. In conclusion, the values of process measurement indicators, gained within the test run of the implemente system, are presented. The goal of the thesis is to propose process optimalization in chosen company using automatic identification technology.

This thesis specializes in the terms and conditions for the destination Ukraine travel agency start up. Thesis is clarifying the terms and conditions for the tourism business start up in Ukraine as well as in the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to chart business making terms and conditions in the tourism branch in Ukraine and in the Czech Republic, identify the main differences in tourism branch in those two countries. And last, but not least, to choose the most suitable background to start the travel agency specialized in the destination Ukraine. The reset of the thesis is a business plan for the travel agency start up, oriented to Ukraine. The business plan helps to identify the main possible risks, and eventually, how to prevent or eliminace them.

Project management in a selected corporation

The aim of the dissertation is to analyze the project management processes in a specific corporation from the point of view of a selected department. The introduction is dedicated to a closer view on the definition of the project. The following section, the presentation of the individual methodologies -- IPMA, PMBoK and PRINCE2 along with their comparison, is a knowledge-based input for the practical section. The introduction of the practical section focuses on the explanation of the project's origin, its scope and benefits. The project management is subsequently described within its life cycle. Each phase is concluded with a short chapter which summarizes the monitored process and contains a recommendation for improvements in the company's management. The conclusion is a personal summary of the project operation as it is and the project management in the selected department along with major points that would be convenient to implement.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a realistic business plan in the Russian Federation. The idea is to rent real estates in the city of Kazan. Location was selected according to the government Project "Innopolis", which foresees the creation of the largest industrial park in the Russian Federation close to the city of Kazan. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the structure and the process of preparing various parts of a business plan. The practical part focuses on development of a particular business plan, evaluates its return, risk and overall strategy of business plan.

Analysis of the role of etiquette in business dealings in the selected company

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the role of social behavior and its compliance with the rules of etiquette in business in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts. It also deals with important elements during a business meeting such as introductions, handshakes or handovering of business cards. It explains the correct procedures in distance communication and dress code in business. The aim of the practical part is to recommend measures to improve the situation in the company based on a comparison of internal procedures in the selected company with the rules of etiquette and a questionnaire evaluation.

This comparison is further transformed into an optimal model business processes. For this purpose is used graphical illustration of each process with the analysis narrow places. For these defined the illustrations will propose several measures, which could be more effective.All proposals shall be submitted in a form suitable for immediate implementation, which can be achieved by optimizing the operation of the company Gravity Facility Services

Exhibition Project Implementation Plan

The theme of this M.A. thesis covers a business plan creation and implementation in the non-profit sector, in the field of culture, specifically in organisation of exhibitions. The exhibition concept including accompanying activities along with a detailed business plan, which will be used for communication with potential partners, was created on the basis of a theoretical framework of management and cultural-based project specifications. The business plan and the implementation plan formulation will be preceded by a theoretical analysis of approaches and their treatments from both the commercial as well as the non profit sphere. The most suitable methods and management technologies including economical analysis will be applied in accordance with the results of the executed analysis. This thesis compromises a complex art project preparation and its implementation guide. The 'Body Moving' interactive exhibition will show pieces of art of prominent world re-known artistic and dance groups. The practical output of this thesis is represented by a complex exhibition scenario, a detailed implementation plan and a business plans that also includes all risks descriptions and their eliminations.
