Debt trap as a couse of homelessness

The thesis deals with the correlation between debt trap and homelessness. This is a theoretical work. The first part of the thesis informs about basic financial terms and concepts and financial literacy of the Czech Republic population. The second part describes the phenomenon of homelessness. The forms of homelessness, causes and consequences of homelessness and also pathological aspects associated with homelessness are listed and described here. The last part od the thesis offers solutions to both indebtedness and homelessness. Organizations helping homeless people are described in detail, the most important of which is the non-profit organization the Salvation Army. The thesis also provides information about the Merciful Summer event and presents forms of debt management and new legislation in favor of indebted individuals.
Dispute Settlement in the WTO

The goal of this thesis is to introduce and evaluate the dispute settlement system currently applied under the World Trade Organization, especially with regard to its effectiveness. In the theoretical part of the thesis the historical development of the mechanism is described and the current WTO system is compared with its predecessor applied on the basis on the GATT agreement. Afterwards, the particular stages of the decision making proces are presented. The practical part of the thesis then identifies specific problems most commonly associated with the system, always with a help of some examples from the WTO decision making practice. As a response to these problems, the final chapter presents some proposals for improvement of the current system.
Úloha Svetovej obchodnej organizácie pri rozvíjaní hospodárskych reforiem a výkonnosti frankofónnej Afriky

This Master thesis is aimed to provide a theoretical framework of the application of Special and Differential Treatment in the countries of Francophone Africa from time perspective. How did they evolve and what progress they generated in the last century. The first chapter is to mention the economic and political featurs of the Francophone Africa countries and to identify why the membership in the WTO is important for advancement that they were able to achieve during the last decades. The second chapter classifies the WTO pillars in providing economic cooperation for developing countries. This section also describes the special provisions of WTO giving developing and least developed countries exclusive unilateral rights. The third chapter distresses the implementation of the WTO trade development instruments in Francophone Africa. This section will acknowledge the significance of the The Bali Package and November 2014 decisions. What is more, it will present the implications of Special and Differential Treatement in two biggest countries of Francophone Africa: Mauritania and Tchad. Significant point of this Master Thesis is the need for greater cooperation, coordination, and coherence among all nations of Francophone Africa. The challenge for them is not to create a new mechanism, but to get all of the existing mechanisms to work together more effectively to achieve their common goal.

This bachelor thesis focuses on doing business in Russia from the perspective of a Czech company. The main objective is to depict the business environment of Russia and its beer market for a Czech beer company. The first part concentrates on general information about Russia and a specific sector of its economy. Second part focuses on the conditions of entry to the Russian beer market, risks and opportunities for a Czech company. In the third part there is a summary of a research and relevant conclusions to it.

The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to elaborate and compare current external business environment of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The comparison of these two countries will reveal the main advantages and disadvantages with conclusion where is doing business easier. This thesis is focused on the regulative environment with the use of World Bank´s indicators. As regard to the World Bank´s indicators, I have chosen five of them which in my opinion reveal the advantages and disadvantages of these two countries most fittingly. This thesis serves as general overview of external business environment with explanation of the importance of political, economic, social, technological and legal environments and selected dimensions which are: Starting a business, Getting credit, Paying taxes, Trading across borders and Protecting minority investors, so that a starting entrepreneur learns what is necessary to be aware of.

This bachelor thesis is an analysis of the marketing communications that are used by a large fast food corporation; their application and effectiveness. The main aim is to determine the main directions of the marketing mix in the company, to analyse the current situation, identify gaps and develop concrete proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the marketing mix in the business on the example of McDonald's. At the beginning of this thesis is presented the general information on marketing communications presented by Kotler. The following chapters describe their application in practice by the example of McDonald's, also the difference in the work of the company and its perception by consumers in different world markets. This thesis provides information on the challenges faced by the company in recent years, as well as its ability to overcome these difficulties. At the end, some recommendations for the further development and successful operation of the company are presented.

This bachelor thesis addresses the position of developing countries within international trade, introduces the major advantages and disadvantages of free trade, and highlights some of the international organizations that assist developing countries in the achievement of better economic standing. The first part concentrates on the current position of developing countries within world exportation and importation and indicates the main positive and negative effects of trade liberalization policies on developing countries. The second part identifies key development aspects of the World Trade Organization, while focusing on special and differential treatment, less-than-full reciprocity, and the initiative Aid for Trade. The last part of this thesis emphasizes the role and most distinctive operations of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development that relate to the advancement of developing countries.
