German people displacement after the World War II as an ethical problem - getting over the past and the guilt in the announcemets of organisations and groups expressing attitudes on the Czech-German relationship problems. The displacement is more than 60 years disscussed topic, which is still not properly solved. Working method "to see- to assess- to act" could help us to get involved into the Czech-German relationship problems with a background of historical development, with sense of the guilty phenomenon, reconciliation principle and an awareness of attitudes of the groups dealing with this problems. Managing pupils' learning activities within a foreign language instruction

This dissertation deals with new ways of managing pupel's learning activities within a foreign language instuction, and attempts to outline the most important relations and effects emerging within this framework. Its research is focused on mapping and analyzing the role of two selected learner internal characteristics in both the sphere of target language use and in the sphere of various attitudes towards teaching and learning activities. Its findings reveal that these selected learner internal characteristics are the main factor influencing the amount of the target language use and the attitudes towards teacher's approach to managing his foreign language instruction.

Prospective managers' competence development and employers' requirements

The main problem area covered by the thesis "Prospective Managers' Competence Development and Employers' Requirements" i s based on the fact that employers ha ve for some years expressed concerns that graduates do not have the competences they need and blame the educational system for inadequately providing them. On the base of a survey the thesis reveals how these competences are generated and developed through our tertiary education in the field of economics and management. Its main concern relates to finding ways that could better promote the university students' competence development to improve the match between the tertiary education and employment of graduates.
