Self-erecting tower construction cranes up to a maximum load capacity of 3000 kg
Jambor, Jiří ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis contains a general analysis of self-erecting tower cranes. The main part describes what self-erecting cranes are, their history and what the individual types are. Furthermore, all crane assembly mechanisms and procedures for erecting them are discussed. The penultimate part is dedicated to comparing crane models and their individual parameters. In the last part of the work, a conceptual design of the erecting mechanism of a self-erecting tower crane is proposed.
Rotary swinging head for excavators of weight category 14,0 to 18.9 t
Ptáčník, Michal ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a rotary swinging head, which is mounted between the excavator handle and its accessories. Its function is to tilt and rotate with the excavator accessories. The paper describes the most common types of manufactured Rotary swinging heads and their components, including a comparison of competing products. The search part is followed by the calculation part. Based on the calculations, the components from which the 3D model is made are selected. This is followed by the verification of the selected components by calculation. The conclusion of the work is the strength analysis of the selected components. Part of the work is also a drawing documentation of selected assemblies.
Hydraulically driven vertical wood splitter
Moravec, David ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis developed within the framework of the bachelor's study deals with a critical research of wood splitting machines and an overview of technical parameters of the material to be split. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the safety requirements imposed on this type of equipment and their specific form within the framework of the problem addressed. In the next part of the work, the hydraulic circuit and elements of the hydraulic circuit were designed, together with the design of the supporting frame of the splitting machine according to the predefined parameters. Together with the design of the splitting equipment, a drawing documentation of the overall assembly and welding sub-assembly of the equipment frame was created.
Log handling technology
Skřivánek, Tomáš ; Mergl, Václav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The first part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of used conveyors for wooden logs. There are described the main differences and reasons for using selected conveyors. The second part deals with the design of an inclined log feeder, which is designed for logs with a diameter of up to 80 cm and a length of up to 5 meters. First, the conceptual design is described, where the procedure for the construction of the main elements of the feeder is justified. After that, the work deals with functional and capacity calculation, choosing the drive unit and selecting the chain. Further analysis are devoted to the design of the weld dimension, checking the beam deflection and checking the strength of the shaft.
Bucket elevator for transporting glass shards
Kopecký, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the functional design of a bucket elevator for transporting glass shards with a lifting height of 10 meters and a nominal transport capacity of 60 tons per hour. The research part provides a brief introduction to the issues of bucket elevators and the current market for such elevators. In the subsequent sections, functional calculations are performed, and the selection of individual components is made. Lastly, the strength calculation of the drive shaft and sealing rings, as well as the bearing life assessment, are conducted. The thesis includes accompanying drawing documentation.
Wood log splitter
Trčka, Viktor ; Novák, Tomáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The scope of the bachelor's thesis is to design a wood log splitter for domestic use up to a maximum diameter of the split log of 400 mm and a maximum length of 1100 mm, so that the splitting power achieves at least 120 kN. Furthermore, to create a critical research for similar splitters, to design a concept according to the specified parameters and to do the functional calculation of the splitter´s equipment and to design particular components of the splitter. Evaluation of Strength and other calculations of the main components. Equipment assembly drawing documentation and welding subassembly of the frame.
Recycling machines for processing small amounts of inert mineral construction and demolition waste
Hroch, Tobiáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is critical research of existing technical solutions of machines for the processing of construction and demolition waste and the conceptual design of a small crushing machine. The review includes both a general analysis and a description of specific machines. The conceptual part elaborates the design of a small mobile crushing machine including the actual justification, strength check and overall equipment assembly.
A wood chipper with tractor connection
Šaroun, Martin ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a woodchipper with a connection behind a tractor. From the beginning, we focus on different types of woodchippers and thein parameters. Below are some calculations of the parts that make up a chipper. The work includes 3Dmodels with drawings made in Autodesk Inventor 2020.
Design of a stubble disc cultivators for aggregation with a tractor 50k
Pech, Vladimír ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a stubble cultivator for a tractor. The aim of this thesis is to design a stubble cultivator that fulfill the conditions of the assignment. In this thesis is a search of similar machines available on the market. Followed by describes the methods of tillage which the proposed stubble disc cultivator is used. The next part of the thesis describes possibilities of stubble cultivator their advantages and disadvantages. The design part deals with the construction which is based on drawing documentation. In the next part of the thesis is a calculation which is focused on determination of the required tractor power that is needed for operation with the designed stubble disc cultivator.
Tracked vehicle for transport of the pallets
Blažek, Martin ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
