The thesis is further concerned with all the aspects connected with a foundation of a company, market analysis, end users, suppliers, competitors, as well as a price of the service and product provided in order to assert in the market and achieve a prosperity.

This Diploma thesis is focused on elaborating proposal for business plan for the company Get & Invest which consists the assembly model of management of investment real estate. Get & Invest is a young company focused on real estate and construction, financing. Among other things, for exapmle, provides legal services. In this thesis, I will deal with all aspects that are directly related to business plan. This is an analysis of the market, customers, suppliers and competitors. I also determine the price for rendered services. The objective of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive model of management of investment real estate. This model will include both the costs associated with the operation of these properties, as well as their economic evaluation in time.
