Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after suture of the rotator cuff Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issues relating to injury of the rotator cuff and following treatment. Another objective is detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. Methodology of thesis: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first (general) part focuses on anatomy, kinesiology and basics principles of biomechanics of the shoulder joint. Then I will deal with the most commnon indications for chirurgic treatment, eventually conservative treatment and following physiotherapeutic care. In the second (special) part includes detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. This part includes patients medical history, input musculoskeletal assesment, description of therapeutic units and output musculoskeletal assesment including evaluation of therapy and achievments. Special part was developped in CLPA in Vysočany. The outpatient attended therapies 2-3 times a week from 9.1. to 29.1.2016 in the morning. During therapies we managed to reduce swelling and pain of the operated joint, expand range of motion of the shoulder joint (flexion from 50ř to 150ř, abduction from 60ř to 90ř) and improve stereotype of abduction. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with Achilles tendon rupture diagnosis Aims: The aim of this work is explanation and summary of theoretical and practical knowledge about the Achilles tendon rupture and a case study of patient with such diagnosis. Summary: The thesis consists of general and special part. The general part is a research of literature about the topic. At the beginning I focus on anatomical and kinesiological knowledge about the affected area, then I follow up etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology and treatment of the injury. Special part is a case study of patient with the Achilles tendon rupture. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of status after ankle fracture osteosynthesis. Aim: The aim of this bachelor' s thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with this diagnoses. Methods: This research was based on the processing of literature on the topic. It is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part contains basic information about anatomy and function of the ankle joint, kinesiology. It contains also traumatology, physioterapeutic methods and procedures that can be used in a patient with mentioned diagnosis. The special part contains casuistic of a patient and includes anamnestic data, input kinesiological analysis. The therapies are processed individually according to the patient' s attendance and are finished with the output of kinesiological analysis with evaluation of the therapy effects.
