	Business plan draft for the establishment of an equestrian stable ŠVECOVÁ, Renata The aim of this diploma thesis is to process a draft of a business plan for establishing a family business, an equestrian stable. As potential founders actively engage in horseriding, they are considering setting up a small business, located on the site of newly built stables with a higher capacity, which are already being created, to replace the original, substandard premises. The activities of the business will include, in particular, the stabling of horses, the training of young horses, the sale or brokering of the sale and purchase of horses, and additional services. The purpose of the business plan and the aim of the work is for the founders to be able to decide, on the basis of processed data and developed analyses, whether to carry out the business plan, possibly to what extent and form, or to use the stable only for housing their own horses, and to run it as a non-profit activity, funded by other sources. 	Municipal authorities within their delegated and autonomous power ŠVECOVÁ, Renata The aim of this bachelor thesis wis to describe the municipality and municipal authorities within their delegated and autonomous power and to define basic terms associated with this topic. The thesis introduces the czech system of public administration to the reader and describes its history and development. The theoretical part of the thesis also describes the most important legal and economic aspects of the delegated and autonomous power of municipalities. The aim of the practical part was to focus on the municipality of Lišov, to describe the concrete municipal authorities and their performance of delegated and autonomous power for the observed period of the years 2010-2019, to describe the specific activities and their development over time. 	The milk quota abolition and its impact for milk producers ŠVECOVÁ, Renata The thesis was focused on the evaluation of the systém of the milk quotas. This mode of regulation of the milk market should be completed in 2015. The aim of the thesis was to assess the pros and cons of regulation, including the potential impact of the termination of this systém for milk producers in the Czech Republic. In the first part has been processed the information about the milk quota system, its development and possible future condition. 	Milk market in the Czech Republic and its regulation ŠVECOVÁ, Renata The work describes the situation in the Czech Republic milk market after introduction of milk quotas. My aim is to assess the purpose of the system of milk quotas. This system was supposed to regulate supply and demand in the milk market. It was necessary to eliminate structural surpluses. The first part of the work shows the theoretical description of Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union and its future too. The theme of the second part of this work is to evaluate the information received from milk producers by questionnaires and their use for SWOT analysis. Detailed record
