Analysis of supplier-customer relationships
ŠOCHMANOVÁ, Šárka
This thesis described logistics and its development in relation to future trends. Supply chain management and its elements are presented for a more overall view of the topic. Methods of evaluation and selection of suitable suppliers are described. There are mapped the basic elements and types of customer relationship management. The main aim of the thesis was to analyze the current relations with suppliers and customers and suggest possible improvements. In the first part of the research the company was characterized and analyzed in agreement with the set goals. To evaluate the performance of suppliers were used internal company statistics, which shows the fulfillment of the service level. Customer satisfaction analysis was performed using a questionnaire. The evaluation was focused on the differences, that appear in the responses between groups of respondents with children vs. without children and young people under 25 over 25 years. In conclusion, several suggestions and recommendations to improve the current situation were introduced. As sales continue to grow, I would recommend building a new warehouse for large-scale goods for capacity reasons. Regarding the evaluation of suppliers, I would recommend a more accurate evaluation of the fulfillment of orders. In the area of communication with customers I suggest cooperation with well-known blogger, preferably a young mother who would try out children's cosmetics. For a better possibility of trying decorative cosmetics I suggest the establishment of "beauty corner" in stores where only products intended for testing would be available. The last proposal concerns natural cosmetics, which customers increasingly prefer. I would recommend expanding the offer in this direction and require appropriate certificates from their suppliers.

The main points of practical research and his results are next, the cooperatives still constitute an indivisible fund or other reserve fund for case of extraordinary expenses or for cover the loss. The new increased responsibility didn't force the cooperatives to change number or structure of members of the board because they solved that with the professional liability insurance.
