Self-efficacy of Pre-service Teachers in Relation to Cyberbullying

This thesis examines self-efficacy in dealing with cyberbullying as a key factor that influences the ability of prospective teachers to intervene effectively in cases of cyberbullying. The level of self-efficacy will be investigated with respect to other significant factors, which are awareness of cyberbullying, condemnation of cyberbullying, and evaluation of university preparation to adress cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a widespread phenomenon in schools abroad and in the Czech Republic, and it is teachers who play a key role in identifying and dealing with cases of cyberbullying. For this reason, it is essential that future teachers are aware of the phenomenon of cyberbullying and are prepared to deal with it effectively in the context of the teaching profession. The aim of this study is to use a quantitative research to map the situation regarding cyberbullying in relation to prospective teachers and to explore the relationships between self-efficacy and i) awareness of cyberbullying ii) level of cyberbullying condemnation and iii) evaluation of university preparation to address cyberbullying. Title: Specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts and possibilities of physiotherapeutic influence of the feet with the help of a movement program Objectives: An objective of the thesis is to assess a function and specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts and to demonstrate a positive influence of a movement program on these changes and the deteriorated function of the foot. To summarize the results of existing studies focused on influencing of proper function of the foot and to gain useful information from this experiment not only for physiotherapists, trainers and modern gymnasts but also for laical, actively sporting public which exhibit the same issues with the foot area Methods: The main essence of this scientific-research quantitative study is an influencing of deteriorated function and specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts with the help of a movement program. The program was performed after each practice (i.e. 4 times a week) through the course of 3 months. 10 probands in the age from 14 to 17 years participated in the program. The role of hDia1 and hDia2 in melanoma cell invasion

The aim of the diploma thesis was to elucidate the role of hDia1 and hDia2 proteins in A375-M2 melanoma cell invasion. Different methods, such as siRNA transfection, western blotting, fluorescence microscopy and confocal microscopy, were used. It was revealed that both proteins really play the role in invasion behavior of A375-M2 tumor cells. Furthermore, the hypothesis arose proposing the mechanism of hDia1 and hDia2 in A375-M2 tumor cell invasion.

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with osteosythesis after subtrochanteric fracture of femur on the left side with consequences complication of ligament rigidity of knee joint. Summary: This bachelor thesis was elaborated during my continuous practice at ÚVN in Prague - Department of rehabilitation and physical medicine in the period from January 10th till February 4th 2012. The thesis includes two main parts: general and special part. In general part is in detail described anatomy and kinesiology of hip and knee joint and also the causes and treatment of subtrochanteric fracture. At the end of the general part you can find physiotherapeutic procedures and approaches used in post-surgery treatment of proximal femur fractures treated by osteosynthesis. Special part includes detailed casuistry of a patient with subtrochanteric fracture of femur. The fracture got subsequently complicated by ligamentary rigidity of knee joint. Testament Abstract The aim of this thesis was to provide a comprehensive analysis of the testament, one of the most important institutes of inheritance law. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the New Civil Code, focuses on strengthening testamentary freedom, which permits the testator to decide, how his property is disposed of upon his death. This work is divided into three chapters. Chapter one brings general and comprehensive overview of legislation on inheritance law, notably with respect that inheritance law is part of to the private law. Attention has been paid to principles on which the law is based on. The work then defines the other two inheritance titles, i.e. heritage contract and intestate succession, and compares them with the "will". Second chapter, which is main theme of this master's thesis, outline discusses about the institute of last will, including obligatory and optional elements of testament, permissible forms of will, clauses, legatum and revocation the testament, while briefly considering some institutes more closely in the light of the current legislation. Property consequences of the divorce of marriage

The topic of this thesis is "Property consequences of the divorce of marriage". I have chosen this topic because of the high number of divorces that are filed for. This thesis characterises the two main property consequences of divorce, the settlement of community property of spouses and the settlement of common household of spouses. The purpose of the thesis is to compare the current legislation, contained in the Civil code from 1964 with the proposal of the new Civil code, analyse the advantages and disadvantages of both acts and express my opinion on it. The thesis is composed of eight chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines the purpose of this thesis. Chapter Two defines the term "divorce", its three types and consequences of divorce. Chapter Three illustrates the conception of property relationships between spouses in the past. Chapter Four defines the term "community property of spouses", its consent, extent and modification. The most important and key chapters are Chapter Five and Chapter Six. Chapter Five is subdivided into seven parts and it deals with the settlement of the community property of spouses.
