This bachelor thesis developed in the form of the experiment deals with the possibilities and potential of wood colour modification by nanomangan particles. Colour change, its dependencies and light permanency have been examined. The subject for this work has recently been developed wood mordant TAIRON (Pařil et al., 2016), the same principles and processes were followed in effort to reach similar results. For investigation the oak wood has been chosen for its high content of tannins. Oak wood samples were reused from previous experimentation Modification of wood colour by iron nano-particles (Kmoníčková, 2018). Nano-mangan particles solution was originated and applied, afterwards colour change was measured and discussed. Nano-mangan solution evoke darkening of wood surface, however the total colour change, compared with other modification (TAIRON, Amonia fuming), is insufficient and unexploitable. Therefore, light permanency was examined on samples modified by nano-ferric solution.

T'ai chi ch'uan and the art of handheld camera

Chinese martial art t'ai chi ch'uan emphasizes the skills of stability of the body, smoothness of movement and especially of walk. This thesis asks a question, whether the techniques of t'ai chi are usable in handheld camera work. In the introductory essay part the author subjectively interprets the elements of both Chinese thinking and the art of t'ai chi, to the degree he had opportunity to explore. In a enquiry among Czech documentary cameramen he tries to find links with the oriental praxis, and, finally, in the last part, he introduces a set of practices of t'ai chi, usable for camera work.

Financial Analysis of Liberec

This thesis analyzes the financial performance of municipalities in the example of the statutory city of Liberec in the years 2008-2010. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts concerning the characteristics of the municipality, the municipal budget, the budget structure and financial analysis. Following the theoretical part of the analysis is developed - a financial analysis of the city. Based on this analysis will consider the management of the city and propose recommendations that could improve the management of the municipality.

Thesis compiles the work of Indian activist documentary filmmaker Anand Patwardhan. It introduces his complete
filmography, analyzes some of his films in means of treatment and topics and tries to clarify unclear parts of them
in an interview with the author. Introduction describes briefly the contemporary Indian documentary industry with a
special attention to censorship and resistance against it.

Diplomová práce se zabývá informační povinností komerčních bank vůči různým subjektům. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do 3 rovin a 6 kapitol. Práce obsahuje ucelený přehled o informační povinnosti bank vůči České národní bance, Finančnímu analytickému útvaru MF a veřejnosti. Je určitým návodem, jak mohou klienti hodnotit banky na základě jimi zveřejňovaných informací.
