The main task of this thesis was to deal with the specifics of the location so that the newly proposed structure had the potential for sustainable development of all its features. In future space transport terminal station does not arise only an end in itself, but mainly there is created an interaction point, which results in a value and attractiveness of the surrounding land. Ultimately, this process has lead to a zcelení city, to enhance its attractiveness and the external and internal view of the city itself.

Analysis and Comparison of Loans Offered by Banks in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of loans offered by banks and non-banking insittutions in the current conditions of the Czech Republic. The first part deals with loans, what their principles and risks are and deals with lending and the development of providing such a loan. The second part focuses on analysis of consumer-purpose loans to selected banks and non-banking insittutions provided to natural person non- businessman, which are then compared. Based on the comparison of selected banks and non-banking insittutions the best option intended for consumer credit provided are based on the comparison of selected banks on a model example.

Interactions of antiretrovirals with drug transporters; role in pharmacokinetics

PharmDr. Martina Čečková, Ph.D. Title of doctoral thesis: Interactions of antiretrovirals with drug transporters; role in pharmacokinetics Current pharmacotherapy of HIV positive patients consists of co-administration of three or more antiretrovirals from different pharmacotherapeutic groups, so called combination antiretroviral therapy (cART). Using this approach, a significant reduction in viral load, delayed viral resistance progression and prolonged efficacy of therapy is achieved. However, the use of cART often bears the risk of drug-drug interactions, which may result in subtherapeutic or supratherapeutic concentrations of drugs in organism with subsequent failure of therapy, or manifestation of toxic effects. Drug transporters expressed in many tissues of human body are widely responsible for occurrence of drug-drug interactions. Therefore, detailed knowledge on antiretrovirals pharmacokinetics and their interactions with drug transporters is important to ensure safe and effective therapy of HIV infection. Title of diploma thesis: Health status of selected cloven-hoofed breeds and results of its control This thesis deals with monitoring of parasitological situation of cloven-hoofed populations in two breeds of different breeding type. In game park breed of red and fallow deer, the helmintological examinations proved presence of infectious stages of roundworms and flukeworms. Correction of parazitostatusIt was made by administration of albendazole. The effectiveness of treatment was evaluated as corresponding with initial requirement. In free hunting ground the roe deer population was parasitologically monitored during vegetative period of hunting season of the 2011 year. The examinations proved presence of lungworms (dominantly small type) despite of ivermectin administrations used during previous winters. Results of this examinations can lead owner of the roe deer brees to assume treatment effectivity.
