This bachelor work is concerned with analysis of Break Even Point in the company called XY s.r.o. On the basis of BEP analysis in relation to evaluation of economic situation by financial analysis I will compose the improvement suggestion of economic situation in the company. Implementation of whole the improvement suggestion will take effect in reduction of company indebtedness, expansion of surplus and prestige of the company.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in the company Bonita group Service s.r.o., which manufactures playgrounds, street workout and fitness machine. The thesis describes the current situation, an applicable legislation and methods for risk analysis and evaluation. It also describes the current state of the company and analyzes the causes and effects of risks. Based on the analyzes performed, it proposes a number of measures to mitigate these risks. The final part of the diploma thesis summarizes conclusions and presents recommendations.

Theoretical part describes basic terms and financial indicators. Practical part includes comlete financial analysis of compeny during years 2010-2013. Thesis is based on materials provided by the company. At the ends there are proposals and recommendations for improvement of finacial situation of company.
