Role of the Police of the Czech Republic in the System of Crisis Management
Bednářová, Zdeňka ; Valášek, Rudolf (referee) ; Řezáč, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor paper which is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical - brings out involvement of Police of the Czech Republic into the system of our state´s crisis management. Theoretical part is turned to the questions of crisis management, joint rescue system and to the tasks subserved within this system by Police of the Czech Republic, namely with inclusion of gadgetry serving for securing of this security organization´s crisis preparedness. Practical part more closely describes working and organizational structure of concrete police crisis management departement. Analysis of this departement´s working subserves as the base for concluding valuation of police crisis departements´ contribution to functional service.
Measurement of ECG signal for TWA analysis
Řezáč, Petr ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis deals with possibilities of using wavelet transform in the field of surface electrocardiogram (ECG) signals denoising and ECG signals measuring. Several algorithms have been used to detect and estimate T-wave alternans (TWA), such as spectral method (SM), Poincaré Mapping (PM) or correlation method (CM). T-wave alternans, also called repolarization alternans, is a phenomenon appearing in the electrocardiogram as a consistent fluctuation in the repolarization morphology on every-other-beat basis. Electrical TWA has been recognized as a marker of electrical instability, and has been shown to be related with patients at increased risk for ventricular arrhytmias. Presence of TWA has been reported in a wide range of clinical and experimental situations including long QT syndrome, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, acute ischemia, etc. Projected methods of detection TWA are realized in Matlab software, and they are experimentally verified on real ECG signals from the European ST-T Database.
Quantified approach to risk analysis in case of cyber security
Řezáč, Petr ; Brychta, Josef (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the quantitative approach to risk analysis in the frame-work of cyber security. The first part is devoted to the theoretical level. There are defined basic terms connected with cyber security and cyberspace. The risk management process according to ISO / IEC 27005 and NIST methodology is described. Furthermore, a comparison of individual risk analysis methods is performed. Finally, examples of quantitative methods are presented and the CIA triad is presented. The second part of this thesis is dedicated to the QRA method. This method is applied to two devices and probability, impact and risk are calculated. Finally, the evaluation and comparison of both devices is performed. The benefit of this bachelor thesis is a compiled methodology, which is applicable not only for the determination of the risk itself, but it is also possible to compare individual systems, equipment or solutions among them.
