The basic of this Bachelor Thesis is the architetural study which was done in the winter semester of second year of my bachelor´s studies. The design comes out from two buildings among which is made up of public space for students and public. The object´s shape is designed to tie together with the local residental houses. Part of buildings are designed to the public, but the main function of the building is housing. The main idea of the my work is variability housing for students, couples, indiviuals student or group of more students. Designed and shape solutions are based on the shape square, repetition a moving on a trajectory – forms a plastic facade and interesting architectural landmark.
Low-floor apartment house

This bachelor’s thesis discusses design of a low-floor apartment house in city of Prostějov. It is an elaboration of its blueprints for construction realization. Apartment house consists of three (above-ground) floors with partial basement that provides home hardware. Upper floors provide home hardware aswell as communication and living equipment. On every floor there are three dwelling units, that make total of 9 units in the house. Vertical structural system of the building in its basement forms permanent formwork and in the upper floors the loadbearing masonry is made of Porotherm. Horizontal structural system is provided from cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceilings. The construction is cieled by a warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. The apartment house is considered as a Nearly zero-energy building.
Pension for Seniors

Project documentation addresses the construction of the building Pension for seniors in Chomýž. The plot is close to the village center. It is a detached new build. The building is used for senior housing in a very quiet area. There is one part of a building apartments 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. In the second part of the building, which serves not only seniors, but also close to the public, is dining with dispensaries, further a patisserie, general practitioner, pedicure and hairdressing. The building and access roads designed for the disabled. The aim of the project documentation is to increase the comfort of the service in the village Chomýž.
Kindergarten

The subject of this project is a nursery school in Sokolnice. The building consists of four departments, facilities for personnel and kitchen. The building is designed as a two-storey cellarless building. It has concrete foundations. The external walls are designed from POROTHERM 425 T Profi bricks with internal insulation. The internal vertical construction is designed from POROTHERM bricks for thin-layer masonry. The supporting structure of roof is provided by slab method Spiroll. The entrance doors are made from aluminum sections, plastic windows. The building has single-layer flat roof with waterproofing coating.
Low-floor apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the town of Dolní Heršpice. Cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice on plot No. 401/53. The building of the apartment building has 6 residential units, cleaning rooms, chambers of apartments and a pram room on the above-ground floors. The staircase connects the above-ground and underground floors. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey partly basement with a flat roof. The structural system of the apartment building is longitudinal. The foundations are made of concrete foundation strips. The perimeter load-bearing masonry is in the basement of concrete blocks of permanent shuttering, in the above-ground floors of ceramic blocks, as well as the vertical support system inside the building. The ceiling structure on all floors consists of a stacked ceramic-concrete ceiling. The staircase is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof from fall wedges. Thermal insulation of the house is made of basalt waves.
Kindergarten

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kašanová street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kaštanová street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north-eastern part of the area. It is designed as a single-storey steel assembled hall divided into two parts which meet the requirements of the service car centers VW GROUP. Presentation, sales, after-warranty and post-warranty servicing cars Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi and Seat.

The theme of this thesis was to handle the project documentation of a family house at the detailed documentation. It is a family house with an establishment, concretely doctor´s office, which is located and functionally connected with the dwelling. There is a garage for two cars. The house is built of brick Porotherm, insulated by certified system and it has a single-layer flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an apartment building. It is a building with four above-ground floors with partial basement including twelve dwelling units. The structural system is wall transverse system made of clay blocks, except of perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system. The entrance to building is from the north. On the plot there is parking for sixteen cars.
