The diploma thesis deals with internal audit of the purchase process in Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Uherský Brod. The main aim is to evaluate current situation and offer recommendations that would create added value to the organization. The analysis of current purchase situation was the core for risk identification using the „What can go wrongs“ method. Based on these findings the controls and corrective measures leading to risk reduction and suggested. Consequent implementation will ensure improvement of purchase department functioning and will lead to higher efficiency in execution of strategic and operative activities.

Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague.

Title: Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare selected ice stadiums to each others by using analysis. Furthrmore, the thesis should show the opportunities and threats of teh selected ice stadiums. Methods: The case analysis was chosen as the main research method. In the preparation of this analysis other methods, such as intentional selection, document analysis and semi-structured interview were applied. Based on the results the SWOT analysis was developed. Through this method the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected ice stadiums. SLEPT analysis was used to recognize factors, that affects selected ice stadiums. Results: The analysis shows that every single ice stadium is able to assure enough clients. Some cooperate with nearby schools, others are linked with ice hockey club. Three of selected ice stadiums are able to make profit, two are able not to lose money and two were not willing to provide their econimic information. It was also recognized, that there is a huge need to reconstruct some parts in almost every single ice stadium. We could also see that it is important to reach some money from grants. Title: Funding of sport in the Czech Republic and Great Britain Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to summatize the system of funding of sport in the Czech Republic a then to compare it with system in Great Britain. Methods: There was used method of descriptive analysis in this thesis that was used to evaluate the technical literature, Ministry of education, youth and sports materials and other texts regarding to this topic.The second method used was informal interview through electronic mail that was used for recieving informatik about funding system in Great Britain. Results: Result of this thesis is description of sport funding systems in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. Differences and weaknesses of these systems are highlighted in the end of this thesis. Internet labour market (in the Czech Republic)

The subject of this thesis is internet labour market in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate the online job market and the tools used by university degree applicants in search for jobs and tools used in online recruitment and selection of employees including future trends outlines. The theoretical part explains the terms such as labour market, online technology and social networks phenomenon and their expected future trends with the help of professional literature. The practical part is based on qualitative research analysing behaviour of the sample of the respondents on the job market and a recruiter work processes in a large media company. The information obtained from the respondents should serve as a recommendation for employers recruiting and selecting employees. The conclusion summarizes the main points resulting from the analysis including the possible online job market trends.
