TITLE: Ways of application of drama methods in German language teaching ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with ways of application of drama methods in teaching the German language. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of educational drama and communicative language teaching. Also, the relation of the Framework Educational Programme for primary education to drama and foreign language teaching is characterized. The main part of this thesis contains a suggestion for integrating drama methods into teaching the German language and a selection of drama-oriented exercises. Further, the process and the results of my research, the main purpose of which was to examine the influence of drama methods on communicative competence in pupils, are described here. Criteria and ways of evaluation in teachnig stalistics

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem hodnocení, jeho specificností v hodinách slohové výchovy. Zameruje se na psané projevy žáku, zkoumá zpusoby a kritéria hodnocení kontrolních slohových prací. Vychází z analýzy opravených slohových prací žáku a z dotazníkového šetrení. Vyhodnocuje v praxi využívané zpusoby hodnocení, navrhuje možný systém oznacování chyb, vhodné kriteriální hodnocení, uvádí seznam možných kritérií. Navrhuje nekteré možné zpusoby, jak naucit pracovat žáky s kritérii hodnocení a s vlastní chybou.

The Hartz IV judgment: Study 5.330

Rozsudek Hartz IV, jehož název odkazuje na balíček zákonů pojmenovaný podle předsedy komise pro reformu sociální politiky a trhu práce Petera Hartze, je jedním ze stěžejních rozhodnutí Spolkového ústavního soudu v oblasti sociálních práv. Spolkový ústavní soud v této věci přezkoumával ústavnost předpisů, které reformovaly poskytování sociální podpory, přičemž shledal, že určité elementy přezkoumávané úpravy jsou v rozporu s čl. 1.1. a čl. 20.1. německé Ústavy, tedy s právem na lidksou důstojnost a sociálním charakterem Spolkové republiky Německo. Díky brilantní argumentaci a celkově přesvědčivému stylu se rozsudek stal inspirací i pro český Ústavní soud, jenž na něj výslovně odkazuje např. v rozhodnutí Pl. ÚS 8/07. Český překlad rozsudku pro Parlamentní institut vyhotovila Bc. Martina Černá.

Constitutional interpretation of the immunity of MPs in Germany (translation of documents): Study 1.226

Tato práce je zpracována na základě podkladů, které obdržel Parlamentní institut ze Spolkového sněmu. Obsahuje výtah a překlad dvou dokumentů. Tyto dokumenty jsou důležité vzhledem k tomu, že Spolková republika aplikuje výjimečný a překvapivý výklad poslanecké imunity, který podle běžných standardů zásadním způsobem vybočuje z imunitní praxe ostatních států. Výjimečné je zejména to, že se každý poslanec Spolkového sněmu na začátku výkonu svého mandátu vzdává dobrovolně části trestněprocesní imunity, kterou mu dává Ústava, zejména pak imunity ve vyšetřovacím stadiu trestního řízení. Parlamentní institut zpracoval tyto dokumenty pro bližší porozumění možnému výkladu poslanecké imunity v tradiční demokratické společnosti.

Analysis of students' awareness of assessment centers

The aim of my work is to analyze students' awareness of assessment centers (AC). In the theoretical part, I explain the concept of AC and describe AC techniques. The practical part consists of two questionnaires. The first one was filled in by students of Czech universities and my goal was to determine whether they know what the term AC means and what the main tasks are. The second questionnaire was sent among JOSZEF program graduates who had participated in a two-day AC in Austria. In this case my intention was to get opinions on specific tasks that we performed, and the overall impression of the AC.

This bachelor thesis is focused on software development documentation. At the beginning, main sorts of software documentation are listed and described. The main point of this bachelor thesis is a description and comparsion of how software development documentation is defined in standards issued by International Organization for Standardization and International Electrotechnical commision and in CMMI for Development. The final part contains a set of the most important general rules for creating software documentation.

Personal and family finance and actual financial crisis

Household debt grows up from the second half of the nineties of the century thanks to growing a living standard. More people provide own living and consumer credit increases. Because of financial crisis many people feel deterioration of working conditions and just the loss of regular earnings leads to problem with paying of a debts. The diploma thesis will be concerned with the problem of people's debts in accordance with personal and family finance and deal with responsible approach to loans, impacts of unpaid debts and solutions how to avoid the debt trap.
