Professionalization Czech Netwok of Mother Centers

This thesis deals with the professionalization of the Czech Network of Mother Centres o.s. (civic association). The theme of professionalization in the context of civic sector organizations is a widely-discussed topic and it is up to the organization itself how it will professionalize. The Czech Network of Mother Centres o.s. is a civic umbrella association of maternity centres in the Czech Republic. The history of its establishment reflects the different stages of professionalism and efforts to improve and develop services. The first part of this thesis deals with definitions of professionalism, from which emerge three key areas: human resources, organization processes and organization transparency and communication with the external environment. In the second part of the thesis there is a study of The Czech Network of Mother Centres o.s. professionalized areas, and the reasons why it happened. The conclusion summarizes the research findings and formulates recommendations for the future direction of the Czech Network of Mother Centres o.s. The diploma thesis is focused on the economic analysis of the financial situation of the company VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ a.s., the wine maker in the wine production industry. The thesis explains the issue of financial analysis and examines the current situation on the domestic market within the commodity vertical of wine. During the elaboration of the practical part the methodical approaches focused on the economic evaluation of the selected company were used and subsequently applied for a comparison with other enterprises. These findings were also used to include the analyzed enterprise in the commodity vertical and to assess whether its development corresponds to the development of the Czech Republic market with this commodity.

Innovation of the FEP and SEPs according to the present trends of ICT education in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools

The main objective of the thesis is to create a draft of a SEP, which is going to be used as an exemplary for the education of ICT in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools. The exemplary SEP was created in connection with a new planned FEP and according to the present trends of ICT education, based on the possibilities of the usage of modern technologies. The reworked SEP deals with the knowledge expected for students to master and the resulting learning materials, which are supposed to be taught in schools during ICT lessons or during acohered educational field Man and the World of Work. The designed SEP is based on the evaluation of SEPs acquired from nine schools of South Bohemia region. These SEPs were analysed in details. The thesis also contains aqualitative research regarding the education of ICT. It surveyed the actual content of ICT lessons in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools and it also finds out if the lessons correspond to the FEP and the school´s current SEP. The designed SEP is supported with several video-recordings of ICT lessons taught by the ICT department students of Pedagogical Faculty of the University of South Bohemia. They mostly cover the education of algorithmization, programming, use of cloud tools for creating web presentations and processing of information. They also taught about the usage of avoting device for physics classes in regards to the cross-curricular themes. The thesis is created within the OP RDE of the project Development of key competences in terms of subject didactics, cross-curricular themes and interdisciplinary relations (registration number CZ.02.3.68/0.0/0.0/16_011/0000660) and with a National Institute for Education for ICT and Man and the World of Work expert consultant Mgr. Daniela Růžičková.

Agroturistika a možnosti jejího dalšího rozvoje v mikroregionu Lednicko-valtického areálu

Bachelor thesis is focused on the description and analysis of the current situation about agritourism in the Lednice-Valtice area. The thesis describes this area as a destination in the tourism and discusses conditions for its future development. In the practical part the methodological approaches were used for the characteristics of the Voluntary association of the Lednice-Valtice area municipalities. The analysis of selected agritourism companies located in this area was made on the basis of interviews with their staff. The final results of the analysis were utilized to propose solutions and to recommend steps towards further development of the micro-region.

Creation of web applications by Dart language

The aim of this thesis is to describe new object-oriented programming DART language which is created by company Google. This open-source platform is determined for creation of web applications in mark language HTML5. DART includes its own development setting, libraries, browser which can start DART and also translator to JavaScript language and it tries to remove its inadequacies and maybe even replace it in the future. Theoretical part will be aimed to DART itself. The syntax, functions and other possibilities, which come together with DART and also the problems which have not been solved yet will be described. DART will be compared with similar JavaScript and its advantages and disadvantages will be find. In the practical part a set of web applications programmed by DART will be created. The applications will be placed by web page on the internet. The created applications will be described and the code will be explain.
