This thesis deals with establishment of a real business plan for services. Specially for services of wedding salon. Business plan contains all the important criteria for the establishment this kind of business. Business plan is based on results detected by market analysis and competition. The thesis also includes marketing and trade plan, specification of services and potential customers. An important part is financial plan providing information about possible development.
Golden Trail: A homeland-study magazine of region of Hus and Chelčický

The thesis Golden Trail: A homeland-study magazine of region of Hus and Chelčický deals with the topic of Czech homeland-study magazines of first half of the twentieth century. It describes basic characteristics of this type of magazines and their history. The work characterises the specifics of homeland-study magazines on the example of the Golden Trail, which is a typical representative of this type of magazines. Golden Trail was published by a group of teachers in Vodňany from 1927 to 1948 with a break during the Second World War. The thesis describes magazines' history, goals, financial sources, explains, how it was prepared for publishing, who were the editors and authors of the articles etc. It also analyses the content of the magazines. It describes the main topics, article types, the sections and their evolution. The subject of the analyses were three volumes of the magazine - number one (published in the years 1928-1929), number twelve (1938-1939) and number seventeen (1948-1949).

Title of the thesis: Special training for mentally handicapped with motivation segment rafting. Aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the effect of exercise on selected variables oflocomotor system fimction. Methodology: The project was conceived as a case study and it so the participation of ten people with mental handicapped (age about 23 years). The group was examined using a hasíc investigation method for evaluating posture and muscular power. The study lasted six months. Three mounths the group didnť exercise (do gymnastics) and following three mounths the group done special examine. Conclusion: Key words: rafting, mental handicapped, body preparation, special exercise. 3
Flexicurity and its effects on the Czech labour law

Flexicurity and its effects on the Czech labour law This diploma thesis deals with the topic of flexicurity and its effects on the Czech labour law. After the first chapter, which is focused on the common understanding of the basic concepts of labour law, concentration on the topic itself - the principle of flexicurity - is given. It is a concept that aims to achieve harmony between the flexible arrangements of subjects of employment relationships and the guarantee of a certain level of working conditions for employees. Also the basic elements of flexicurity are explained: employment flexibility and protection of employees. By the introduction to principles of flexicurity also the European Union position to this new concept is explained. The third chapter is focused on the effects of flexicurity in the Czech labour law. In this chapter, also the possible approaches for creating of the legal environment in compliance with principles of flexicurity are explained. This part also deals with the subjects of flexicurity, that can dispose of the flexibility as well as protection of the labour law.
