This diploma thesis is covering a task of conducting a financial analysis for a certain company. The company which has been chosen is Pleas a.s. and the analysis has been elaborated for a period of time between years 2008 and 2012. The outcome of the theses is to provide some solutions and recommendations to eliminate or decrease the limiting financial factors which have been discovered while analyzing the company. All the findings will enhance financial health of the company Pleas a.s.

This Bachelor`s thesis concerns with the process of fault detection in software programs. It contains hierarchically organized typology of software errors, gained by research of available literature and analysis of events responsible for influencing the software errors evolution gathered into a typology of factors inspired by cognitive psychology. It contains also comparison of software evolution techniques and methodologies from the point of product validation and verification. The Bachelor`s thesis was written with respect to needs and requests of the commissioning company focusing on the Voice over IP (VoIP) software evolution. The thesis aims to suggest modifications of software errors database and error causes database.

The influence of the asset structure upon the economic outcome of the enterprise

This bachelor thesis aims at the assessment of the asset structure including the financial resources. The theoretical part deals with the individual components of assets and liabilities, the factors influencing the size and structure of the enterprise{\crq}s assets and possibilities of their evaluation. The financial analysis of a chosen enterprise is carried out in the practical part of the thesis. The financial situation is assessed primarily by means of the liquidity, rentability and activity indicators. Finally, recommendations for further activity of the enterprise that followed from the financial analysis outcomes are included.

Liturgical Year and Education of Christian Education at Kindergartens

This work is focused on children at preschool age from these points of view: biology, psychology, sociology and pedagogy with the consideration to the evolution of child´s personality at kindergarten. The work results from the General Educational Program for Preschool Education at kindergartens which wants to extend and deepen single topics about the spiritual factors of the child. In practical part there are proposals of topics for the work with preschool children for three-year period. These topics relate to single periods of liturgical and calendar year. In the form of game the children are approaching to single periods during the school year by the help of symbols which are typical for each period.

The selection procedure in state-established organization

The theme of the graduation thesis is the process of public procurement in the state-established organization. Since the sphere of public procurement is very extensive the thesis focus on possibilities of use of multiple criteria decision making methods for the selection of the optimal offer. In addition to multicriterial decision making methods the thesis deals with preparative phase of the whole process especially with the statement of the evaluative criteria and determination of their weights. The thesis refers to the deficiencies of the process of public procurement that we can see in practice and tries to propose the possibilities how to avoid these deficiencies.
