Summaries a therapeutic effects of field which is interacting with biotic issue and determines which of those effects are acceptable for treatment of Infantile Paralysis. Below it describes single Bio-Parametres of Pulsatile Magnetic Field and analyses reasons and effects of Infantile Paralysis. Below it describes single Bio-Parametres of Pulsatile Magnetic Field and anylyses reasons and effects of Infantile Paralysis. In second part is described a block diagram of magnetotherapeutic device for treatment of Infantile Paralysis. Described is principle of function of blocks. In third part is decribed circuit solving of magnetotherapieutc device and is desribed flowchart for microcontrollers.
Position system design
Balogh, Jaroslav ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this diploma thesis was to explore possibilities, design and build 2D position system driven by PC via USB. ATmega16 and FT232R were used as the most important parts of hardware solution. Software for control of the position system was designed in C++ Builder and it can run under MS Windows XP. This work is based on semestral thesis and in future can be used in other applications or modified. 2D position system will be later used by UBMI in education and scientific applications.
Mapping of electromagnetic fields in GIS
Kačmařík, Ivo ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this Master’s Thesis was mapping of electromagnetic fields and processing of measured data using ArcView 9.2 and its extensions. Software ArcView 9.2 with extensions was provided by university to create this Master’s Thesis. Maps of electromagnetic fields are created from measured data in the neighborhood of the faculty building. Measurement of geographic position of measuring points is realized by GPS. For creation of maps and further analysis in ArcView, ArcGIS extensions - Spatial Analyst, Geostatistical Analyst and 3D Analyst were used.
Mobil system for monitoring of sports activity
Maleňák, Filip ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse methods that are used for monitoring athlete’s activities and a description of current technical solutions with a focus on heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring. The presented solution shows the possibilities of using available open source SW and HW technologies and their implementation in the design of an integrated tool for monitoring sports activities with the iOS operating system.
Noise map in GIS
Awadová, Thuraya ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a noise map in a geographic information system. First of all, physical features of sound and the basics concerning the spatial, physiological and atmospheric acoustics domain will be introduced. Furthermore, we will analyse noise and its possible influence on the health of people. Substantial part of this thesis will be devoted to the methodology of noise measurement in urban agglomerations and to the issue of creating noise maps. The methodology of noise measurement in a particular area will be determined on the basis of the theoretical background. Geographic information system ArcView 9.2 from the ARCDATA firm (Ltd.) will be used for creating the noise map. The final noise map will be compared to the current hygienic limits. For comparison reasons an analysis of noise map using software CadnaA, which is used in professional analysis of noise studies, will be included in this thesis too.
Analysis of the meteorological dates
Votavová, Barbora ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this study is to recognize structure of data from the meteorological station, choose useful programme for its analysis and make a theoretical analysis and graphics. The work describes the collection of data from meteorological stations, data stucture, meteorological elements, their measurement and selection of appropriate statistical program. Practical part includes charts with commentary. Conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis.
Intelligent Tepmperature Sensors Application
Bohutínský, Jaroslav ; Dlouhý, Jiří (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this study was to acquaint with smart temperature sensors from different producers and to study their properties. The following step was to choose a suitable temperature sensor and a microcontroller (MCU) for measuring and temperature processing. On the market there are products from different firms such as Analog Devices, Microchip, Dallas, Maxim, National Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, Smartec etc. All those firms offer not only temperature sensors, but also microcontrollers. Every producer has its own realization of the inter-sensors communication. In this study there are introduced a wiring diagram of a microcontroller driven module for a temperature measuring making use of a smart temperature sensor and also designs of printed circuit boards.
Spectral analysis of sound in spatial acoustics
Křenek, Jakub ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the basics concepts of room acoustics and used sound level meters. The first part focuses on the spatial acoustics and acoustic quantities used in it. Next part of thesis describe the structure and features of sound level meters. Following chapters are concerned on the PULSE system architecture and data analysis. PULSE platform contributes multi-spectral analyzer type 3560B PULSE, programming environment LabShop and microphones for difuse and free fields. The practical part describes the installation, setup and the measurement of reverberation time in the Labshop environment.
Microprocessor Controlled Measurement and Control Temperature
Vožda, Michal ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the project is a design of the temperature controler based on microprocessor. There are described the most widely used sensors for the temperature measuring and their involvement in the electric circuit. The temperature controler is based on the Peltier’s thermoelectric battery. Project desribes power control of this thermoelectric battery and also a design of the entire system and a description of the blocks takes a part.
System for contactless ultrasonic measuring of edema
Zahradníčková, Ludmila ; Čížek, Martin (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
Determination of the extent and state of a limb edema is based on information about its current volume. There are a number of methods for volume measurements. The theoretical part of this semestral thesis discusses the etiology, classification and principles of volume measurements and basic information about ultrasound and stepper motors. The practical part consists of a design of own device for a contactless limb volume measurement with ultrasonic module. It consists of a code for a microcontroller which controles the whole system including the computational operations and a real model of the system.
