Applied Athletics as a Form of Physical Education for People with Combined Disabilities
ČÁPOVÁ, Lenka
Physical activities are a very important parts of human life considering both recreational and top performance sport activities. Sporting activities are often for disabled people key importance not only for sport itself, but they particularly allow social contact, and further they represent main content of a life together with quality life improvement. Deliberately aimed physical education becomes a basic necessity of life. One of the sports that people with multiple disabilities can attend all year round is applied athletics, which can lead to mitigating the effects of health impairment and increase functional performance and overall fitness. In practice, it is a realization of simple athletic elements, hurdle races, modified athletic disciplines, optionally exercises with fitness equipment.
Sponsorship in the arts: The meaning and role of Sponsorship fit
Čápová, Lenka ; Tyslová, Irena (advisor) ; Černá, Jitka (referee)
The thesis discusses the process of sponsoring as a marketing instrument. It particularly focuses on sponsoring in fine and visual arts and examines how is this practice perceived by customers and what benefits does it bring to its company or brand. One key factor in said customer perception - sponsorship fit - is emphasized, which indicates the importance of a relationship between the sponsor and the sponsee. Main goal of this thesis is to explain its nature and discover, whether do representatives of Czech companies act on it or not. Theoretical part of the thesis lists relevant knowledge from current, mainly foreign literature, and the practical part employs existing consumer research and expert interviews. Together, the entire work aims to create a consistent and coherent whole, depicting the current theories and their utilization in reality. The thesis draws the conclusion that sponsorship fit in fine and visual arts does have its unique features, which need to be taken into account. Moreover, Czech companies can indicate these features adequatly and adjust their sponsoring activities accordingly.
Panel estates: The process of humanisation, revitalisation and its future
Čápová, Lenka ; Heřmanová, Eva (advisor) ; Pek, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with solving the problem of the big phenomenon of panel estates. It describes the circumstances of its rise and tries at least at little rate argue the reasons for its construction. Mainly it tries to solve its up-to-date not really good and sustainable situation. This hangs together also with revitalisation of panel houses. It will be discussed here, if this revitalisation proceeds in wrong or right direction, why it was needed to come up to it and also the question of its funding will be mentioned. The revitalisation is also connected with the humanisation of panel estates, their better appearance and all the positive changes, which occurred here from its inception. Thus, this thesis dwells over the procedures and ideas in this area, over possible solutions, and various opinions in this topic. The future of panel houses is another key topic of this thesis. Their sustainable development and the question of attractiveness for its current and future inhabitants will be discussed here. There is a plenty of panel houses and people living inside, therefore it is more than needed to deal with this issue and to try to find the most feasible solution.

The aim of our work was to describe the impact of a simulated vegetation zone shift to higher altitudes (i) on the quantity and quality of microarthropods and microbial communities, and (ii) on the decomposition rate of allochthonous leaf litter. In November 2002, 480 litterbags filled with oak or beech leaf litter were placed into spruce and beech forests (950 m a. s. l.) on Kleť Mt. (1083 m; Blanský les Protected Landscape Area, South Bohemia). Three different mesh sizes were used for certain soil biota exclusion: > 2 mm, 0.5 mm and 42 μm. Litterbags were sampled after 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months of exposure in the field. Litter pH and moisture were determined in the laboratory immediately after retrieval. Soil microarthropods (Oribatida, Gamasida and Collembola) were extracted using Tullgren funnels. Soil bacteria and micromycetes were isolated using the dilution plate method and specific growth media.
Atraktivita listového opadu pro půdní gamasidní roztoče (Acarina, Gamasida) v experimentu v dekompozičních síťkách
Čápová, Lenka ; Rusek, Josef
A three-year litterbag experiment was established at the Kleť Mt. (Blanský les) in November 2002. Results from the first year of the experiment are presented here. In total 1619 individuals of 35 species of Parasitiformes mites were recorded in the litterbags and soil samples. Veigaiaidae, Parasitidae and Uropodidae were the most abundant mite families. Eighteen species were recorded from beech forest, 67 and 61% of them were established in oak and beech litterbags, respectively. 12 and 5 species recorded in these litterbags did not occur in the soil samples. 19 species were recorded from the spruce forest, 84 and 67% of them were established in oak and beech litterbags, respectively. Eight and five species from these litterbags did not occur in the soil samples.

The hypothesis, whether autochthonous species of soil biota are able to decompose litter from lower vegetation zones in higher zones, was tested by field trial. Litterbags with litter of beech (.i.Fagus sylvatica./i. L.) and/or oak (.i.Quercus robur./i. L.) were exposed in beech and spruce forest on the mountain Kleť (Protected Landscape Area Blanský les). Litterbags layout simulated vegetation zones shift to the higher altitude induced by global warming. There were used litterbags with three different mesh size (42 µm, 0,5 mm, 2 mm) for exclusion of certain parts of edaphon. Several changes of soil bacteria and micromycetes, oribatid mites, springtails and gamasid mites were studied during two years of exposition. There were exposed 480 litterbags at the start of the experiment (November 2002). After 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 months of exposition parts of all litterbags were recovered. Immediately after the sampling litter pH(KCl), moisture and mass loss were measured.
