This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and motivation system and it also focuses on the remuneration of employees and on providing the employee’s benefits at the chosen employer. On the basis of theoretical findings and on the basis of the results of analysis of employer, I suggest the changes of the remuneration and motivation system. The aim of this suggestion is to support the improvement of the relationship between employer and employees.

Diploma thesis is focused on Slovak company Nutribak s.r.o. and its potential business activities on the Czech market, especially with gluten-free goods. The created methodology is based on a critical search of current literature related to the the field of marketing, management and trade. Suggested steps are applied to the company Nutribank s.r.o. according to results of the analysis of the current situation, there were created certain steps, that will provide the company with a plan for evolving their business activities and also supporting their position in the Czech market

In the second part of thesisis realized the market survey of products and there are recommended suggestions for improving the communication of the company with customers.

This bachelor thesis analyses the company Gladiator zone in Ivančice, which has been on the market since 2014. The first chapter is devoted to explaining the elemental elements of marketing that will need to be understood for use in the following chapters. The second part is focused on the analysis of the company, where the determination of the marketing situation of the company and a survey of customer satisfaction are carried out. The third part combines all the lessons learned on the basis of which ideas and possibilities are proposed to improve customer attendance and satisfaction and the market position of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with strengthening of competitiveness of the accounting centre “Pneuservis” in the VOP GROUP, s.r.o., which currently faces financial problems and lacks enough competitiveness. Proposals have been outlined on the basis of the strategic analysis. The competitive strategy has been developed for Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o., the part of which has been the formulation of vision, mission and strategic goals. The objective has been defined as acquisition of new customers and, consequently, strengthening of competitiveness of Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o..

This thesis is focused on the study during the engagement of the chosen company. I have worked with selected company, which is engaged in the supply of technology and equipment for the treatment and disinfection of water. In the theoretical part I deal with the basic concepts that are associated with the course of the contract. In the analytical part I describe the current state during the engagement in a selected company and on that basis I propose a solution that would lead to improved management of custom.
Verbal aggressiveness in discussion on the webside iDNES.cz

This thesis deals with verbal aggressiveness in internet discussions on the website iDNES.cz. It researches the course of communication between the participants of the discussions and it analyses their contribution from the stylistic and lexical point of view. The aim of this thesis is to find out in what manner the aggressiveness is expressed, what language devices the speakers use and where the aggressive behaviour and expressions occur most often. The study attempts to determine the reasons for this demeanour and whether it could be prevented. In its first part, the paper analyses internet discussions as a type of a communication process, studies its character and its relation to other kinds of communication. In its second part, it explores specific language devices that can be found in the discussions. The material used for the analysis is derived from the reporting section on the website iDNES.cz.
