Optimization of optical tweezers for multimodal holographic microscope
Vaverka, Jan ; Antoš, Martin (referee) ; Dostál, Zbyněk (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis has described the principle of operation of interference microscopes with closer analysis of multimodal holograpfic microscope (MHM), which has been constructed at the Institut of Physical Engeneering (IPE) of Brno University of Technology. It has also analysed principles of optical trapping and has closely descirebed force effects on the trapped object with characteristic lenght bigger than wavelenght of trapping beam. It has designed optimization of existing optical tweezers module so that the module is connectable to the prototype of MHM, located at IPE. Simulation and optimization of the optical assembly of module have been performed, the mechanical design of module with the drawings has been designed. The module has been entered into production.
Proposal of the modular support equipment for the CubeSat integration
Proposal of Development of Motivation Program
Vaverka, Jan ; Kavan, Josef (referee) ; Zich, Robert (advisor)
This work is pointed on development of motivation program of Unistav a.s. The analysis of extablished motivation program is based on questionnaire surveys, interviews and research on corporate materials. On the basis of found deficiencies are suggested improvements, this brings desirable development of motivation program and improves labour efficiency and satisfaction of employees.
Creation of Bluetooth data logger for recording and processing of measured data
Vaverka, Jan ; Myška, Vojtěch (referee) ; Dejdar, Petr (advisor)
The first part of the theses deals with dataloggers and their use in today's world. The second part is dedicated to microcontrollers which are used as a control unit for dataloggers. Individual peripheral devices MCU and their communication interfaces have been described. The next part deals with Bluetooth Low Energy which is used for data broadcasting to the user. Based on the acquired knowledge the microcontroller and sensors were selected. A datalogger was constructed and programmed from selected components, which will measure the properties of ferment during fruit fermentation. Finally, a mobile application was created to download data from the datalogger and then display the data in charts.
Smartphone application for optical fiber monitoring system
Vaverka, Jan ; Myška, Vojtěch (referee) ; Dejdar, Petr (advisor)
The main goal of this master thesis is to develop a multi-platform mobile application in the Flutter framework for iOS and Adnroid platforms. The application will remotely communicate with a fiber optic monitoring system through a server. In the introduction of the thesis, the issues of fiber optics and fiber optic security options are described. The next section describes the communication options between the application and the server, also the Flutter framework is described. In the practical part, the communication between the application and the server is proposed. A large part of the practical section is focused on the design and programming of the multiplatform application. The last part is focused on testing the communication between the application and the server.
Study of thin films of molecular nano-magnets prepared by Langmuir-Blodgett technique and drafting of an adapted Langmuir trough
Vaverka, Jan ; Neugebauer, Petr (referee) ; Novák, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on studies of deposition of molecular nanomagnets doubledecker dysporsium phtalocyanine via Langmuir-Blodgett method. The thesis describes the influence of deposition parameters on structure of deposited molecular layer of doubledecker dysporsium phtalocyanine. The prepared molecular layers are analysed by X-ray reflectivity and Atomic force microscopy. Moreover, the proposal of structural changes of KSV Minimicro instrument, used for Langmuir Blodgett deposition, is described. The intended result is Langmuir trough of bigger dimensions than the recent one, which would enable to distribute molecular layers numbering about magnitude of hundreds.
