Vaňová, Vanessa ; Lipka, Miroslav (referee) ; Eliáš, Luboš (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of new apartment buildings in the city of Nitra. It is a free-standing building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a slightly sloping terrain. The basement of the floor plan extends beyond the above-ground floor, the roof is partly designed as a terrace and partly as a flat green roof. There is a garage, workshop, cellar, utility room and storage for bicycles and stollers. Housing units are located on the upper floors. Each floor has three residential units. The roof above the above-ground floors is a single-skin flat, covered with a layer of aggregate. The foundation structures and the perimeter walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal load-bearing system is designed for all floors as masonry made of ceramic blocks. In the basement there are two supporting concrete pillars transferring the load from the reinforced concrete gutters in the place above the garage. Ceilings, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls above the ground are contact-insulated with the ETICS system.
