Implementation of laser technology

The aim of this thesis is to describe the replacement of wire cutting laser cutting for cutting inserts made of hard material. Description of current situation in the company Vydona, tender and choice of laser and the need for post-laser workshop. The next section deals with the cutting of a particular sample. The last part of the technical economic assessment are calculated hourly rates of machines and the time and cost loads of different cutting inserts.

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Analysis of company´s communication mix” is the analysis of the company´s present communication mix and proposal of a new mix. The study is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the established methods of analysis a company´s internal and external environment, describes and compares particular tools of marketing communication and its principles in the theoretical level. Introduction of practical part introduces selected company. Main part analyses company´s environmental and particular tools of promotion. Last part gives proposals of the new communication mix.

Study of Distribution Logistics in K-BREWERY TRADE

In my bachelor thesis is a subject the study of distribution logistics in K Brewery Trade. The study is separated into three parts, theoretical, analysis and my own proposal of solution. The first part is focused on the theory of clasification of transport, logistics of transportation and characteristics of carriers and transport services. Analysis is focused on the form of distribution networks and the criteria for transport of goods between distribution centers of the selected company. My own proposal of solution is developed according to materials from the company.

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice zavedení nového typu sportovních bot značky Yonex na český trh. Práce je rozdělena do více částí. První je především zaměřena na teoretický rozbor standardního postupu zavedení nového produktu na trh, který bývá uváděn v odborných publikacích. Druhá, praktická část analyzuje postup zavedení nového typu bot ve florbalové divizi Yonex na český trh. Třetí, závěrečná část práce je zhodnocení marketingové strategie firmy Yonex a stanovení doporučení, jak připravenou strategii zavedení produktu realizovat. Požadovaným výstupem práce je vyhodnocení analýzy a stanovení již zmíněných doporučení, které mohou proces zavádění nových produktů firmy Yonex zlepšit a popřípadě i celý proces usnadnit.

Quality management system for small organization

This diploma thesis deals with a quality management system of a small construction company. The aim is to analyse the existing baseline system and propose specific measures leading to compliance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard specification. The first three chapters focus on general description and concepts of quality management systems. The next chapter identifies and maps the main processes in the studied construction company and proposes a new quality management system. The last chapter presents general guidelines for creation of management documentation.

Changes in leisure activities caused by the pandemic Covid - 19

The bachelor thesis titled "Changes in leisure activities caused by the pandemic Covid - 19" deals with the topic of the impact of the pandemic on activation in homes for the elderly. The thesis aims to identify and describe how the pandemic has affected the leisure activities of the elderly. The sub-objectives seek to determine which activities have succumbed to the changes and whether the needs of seniors have been met. Finally, the thesis examines whether new activities have been invented as part of the activation. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis starts with an introduction of the research already conducted and then includes an explanation of basic concepts. The methodological part serves to introduce the qualitative method of data collection, which is a semi-structured interview. The practical part is devoted to the actual research and tries to find answers to the predetermined questions and at the end of the thesis a discussion is presented.
