The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing mix of company AUTOMARKET TRUCKS Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part defines the basic theoretical concepts in terms of marketing. The second part presents truck center itself, discusses its customers and the markets where the company operates. The last part contains the proposed changes in the marketing strategy of the company.

Proposal for a Change in the Employee Evaluation and Remuneration System in a Selected Company

The system of evaluating and rewarding employees is a part of human resources management in developing companies. To analyze the current system of evaluating and rewarding the employees of the company KELLER, is the aim of this thesis - special creation of Ltd and creation of better motivation plan to increase their working efficiency. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are processed literary sources and information on the topic of evaluating and rewarding employees. The practical part concurs theoretical knowledge of employees evaluation and reward and makes suggestions and recommendations to create a new system according to company needs with an effort to improve the way of employees evaluation and reward.

Work with gifted children at a lower secondary school in Rakovník

The aim of the bachelor's thesis called Work with gifted children at a lower secondary school in Rakovník is to analyse national and school documents related to education of gifted and exceptionally gifted children at a lower secondary school in Rakovník. The analysis of the documents revealed that the school documents correspond to the recommendations of the national documents. At the same time, the partial aim of the work in the theoretical part is to describe and identify the gifted pupil, including recommendations for the selection and description of suitable teaching methods for working with the gifted child. Using a method of qualitative interview, field research among ten teachers in the empirical part found that teachers of the selected primary school can define the concept of a gifted student and believe that they can identify a gifted student. The educators also agreed that they thought that the selected school did not sufficiently support gifted students and that the gifted student did not have the opportunity to develop their abilities, skills and other talents to the maximum in the regular classroom. Primary and secondary prevention of breast carcinoma

Breast carcinoma is the most common type of cancer in women. In the past years its incidence as well as the mortality are increasing. Therefore it is essential to pay attention to the prevention of this disease and use all the available resources to educate doctors and patients about this. Breast carcinoma is not targeted at the desired level in Czech Republic since most patients are diagnosed at the late stages of the disease where chances of being cured are minimal. That is where preventive measures play its roles, primary and secondary prevention as well. In this paper I would like to discuss possibilities we have to prevent occurence of breast carcinoma, as well as the possibilities to diagnose those who are already ill. It is of vital importance to diagnose ill as soon as possible, at early stages where there is still a chance for survival.

Do the future health professionals behave healthy? Prevalence of substance use among students at secondary medical school

Background Risky behavior among students nursing schools - future health professionals in direct and indirect patient care and access to addictive substances. Formulation of objectives or research questions To map the prevalence, frequency and types of drugs used by students SZŠ using the following research questions: What is the difference in the prevalence of substance use among students in direct patient care (field medical assistant) and students in indirect patient care (field of medical lyceum)? The prevalence of substance use (alcohol, soft and hard drugs) in the fields of medical students in relation to their future careers with age /year of lower/higher? Description of the methods used Data were collected at day education of students of the high school quantitative method using a questionnaire survey in Google Docs (Google Forms) with a total of 18 those questions, 15 of them were taken from the ESPAD (European School Survey Project study on alcohol and other drugs). Analýza současného stavu a možností rozvoje hipoturistiky v jižní části Chráněné krajinné oblasti Moravský kras a blízkém okolí

The thesis is presented on the topic Analysis of the current state and possibilities of development of hippotourism in the southern part of the Moravian Karst and the surrounding area. The diploma thesis was prepared at the Institute of Civil Engineering, Landscape Design and Protection of Mendel University in the years 2016-2018. This work deals with the issue of equestrian tourism, hippotourism. This type of tourism is most often associated with accompanying rural tourism and agrotourism. The first part was elaborated literature overview of the problem of recreational land use in the Czech Republic and abroad, including emerging trends in horseback riding, followed by a comprehensive analysis of the conditions, characteristics and properties of the area, including natural conditions. In the second part of the survey was conducted, meetings with the heads of road sections and proposing measures to enhance the recreational activities of the area in horseback riding, basic calculation of the proposed measures and possible funding sources. The right of defense in criminal proceedings

The thesis deals with the right of defense in criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several chapters defining the legal rights of the defense at national and international level. The thesis deals with the historical development of the right of defense in the first chapter, defining certain differences of the former legal regulations up to the present. In the next part of the thesis, the institute of the right of defense is analyzed in terms of international and national legislation, including regulation at European Union level. The third chapter deals with the position of the accused, what the denomination carries in the various stages of the criminal proceedings, and what are his individual rights of defense, including material and formal defense. The third chapter follows the chapter analyzing the position of a lawyer in criminal proceedings. It focuses on its historical development, attorney's substitution, advocate's rights and duties, and individual ways of choosing a lawyer, including the necessary defense institute. The fifth chapter deals with a separate group of persons to whom statutory defense rights belong. Finally, the legal framework for the right of defense, including the de lege ferenda, is reviewed.
