The comparison of Czech and French employment relationship

The topic of my master thesis is the comparison of Czech and French employment relationship. The main aim of this work is to compare the Czech and French regulation of individual labour relations, describe the most significant similarities and differences in commencement and termination of employment relationships and propose how selected countries could inspire one another. Firstly, the work briefly describes the historical development of labour law and defines basic concepts of labour law, its functions and legal sources. Secondly, the work has focused on definition of employment relation with emphasis on individual labour relations and legal entities. The thesis analyses mainly two institutes of Czech and French labour law: commencement and termination of an employment relationship. The main part of this work deals with the comparison of selected institutes of the Czech and French Labour Code in order to highlight their most important similarities and differences. The conclusion includes summary and evaluation of the hypothesis set out in the introduction to the thesis.
Labor Law and Employment agencies

This diploma thesis is focused on a labor law and employment agencies. The aim of this thesis is to reveal the HR system of selected companies with regards to the employment agencies. Thesis is divided into two parts. Firts part provides a terminological basis and legal terminology for practical part. The practical part deals with analyzing activities of HR departments and systems of addressing potential employees. Practical part also contains working conditions of employers and their motivation systems. There are two types of materials. First of them are in-depth data obtained from interviews made with representatives of the HR departments and second of them are taken from my quantatitative research taken among potential employees. By comparing obtained information there is an evaluation of effectiveness of companies approach.
The law enforcement by a different person than the author

Our work deals with the copyright and focuses on emplyee creation. Employee creation is created by acquiting it sauthor´s working duties. The law applicable by the emplyee creation is introduced as a kind of special provisions of some works. The main goal of our work is to bring a structured view into this issue. The introduction part is concerned with a theoretical interpretation of the copyright followed by enforcement of the copyright law by an another person than the author. The longest, central part of our work deals with the employee creation. In the practical part of the work , we are trying to bring a view into thepraxis by means of questioning people whose job is to create the employee creation. We are trying to find out how much do they know about the theory of the employee creation. The practical part is made by means of a qualitative research.
Family policy in Sweden - Comparison with the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the Swedish and Czech family policy and to evaluate the functionality of these policies. The first chapter offers a general explanation of concepts related to social policy and provides a theoretical basis for the whole thesis. The thesis is then devoted primarily to the family benefits provided by the Kingdom of Sweden and their comparison with Czech family benefits. Finally, the thesis evaluates the functionality of the systems and presents some recommendations for the Czech Republic.

The liability of the employee for the damages

The thesis is devoted to employee s liability for damages. The first chapter describes a system of labour law and its main sources. The successive chapter discusses the employment, defines its subject, object and content, and briefly defines the basic types of employment. Another chapter is devoted to responsibility as such, followed by a chapter focusing on responsibility in labour relations. An important part of this thesis is the types of labour employee s liability for damages and compensation. The work also briefly discusses the possibility of liability s insurance and moderation. The last chapter deals with specific fields examples, which is the basis for evaluation of legislation and recommendations for employees and employers.
The legal status of ombudsman in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Repubic and the Sweden

The bachelor thesis titled The legal status of ombudsman in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Repubic and the Sweden analyzes the ombudsman institution in selcted countries and compares them afterwards. The work is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter deals with the institution of ombudsman in general. The definitions, characteristics and important characteristics of ombudsman institutions in the world. The second, third and fourth chapter focuses on the institution of ombudsman in specific countries, in each country, this institution called otherwise. The fifth chapter compares the institutions in each country based on pre-selected criteria. The aim is to highlight the differences and compliance legislation in selected countries (Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, the Kingdom of Sweden), depending on the political, social-economic, cultural and other conditions and perform their evaluation.
Bullying in labour law relations

Problematics of bullying in labour law relations is very actual topic. The main aim of this thesis is to demonstrate that presence of bullying in Czech labour law relations is not on retreat but quite opposite despite all efforts to eradicate it. First of all, in first two chapters there are defined basic concepts closely linked to problematics of bullying and then there are examinations of bullying related legislation on international, European and national levels. Result of third chapter is comprehensive summary of available means which victims of discrimination or bullying in work space can use to defend themselves. Practical part based on survey from years 2011, 2013 and 2015 deals with individual occurrences of bullying incidents in Czech labour law relations, average frequency and duration of those incidents and also ways victims of bullying in work space proceed in solving it.
The selected aspects of the Offence law

The bachelor thesis deals with the selected aspects of the Offence law. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to administrative punishment and its historical development. The second chapter is dedicated to a substantive part of the Offence law and characterizes its basic terms. The third chapter focuses on procedural part of the Offence law. Chapter number four provides an evaluation of the effective legislation. Chapter number five deals with the new offence legislation. Chapter number six is an evaluation of the new legislation and compares it to the present legislation.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is social security of foreigners from the prospective of Czech law. The thesis is largely aimed at foreigners from third countries and to a smaller extent focuses on foreigners from EU. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter describes social security systems in the Czech Republic. The second chapter provides detailed description of international cooperation in the field of social security. The third chapter gives disclosure of the term "Foreigner" and covers details on his legal status under Czech law. The forth chapter is the key chapter of this thesis as it is aimed at participation of foreigners in social security systems from the point of view of Czech law. Finally, the last chapter evaluates legal status of foreigners in social security systems in the Czech Republic.
