The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and draft a business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center in Prague. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about the business plan, which is based on theoretical knowledge and information included in professional articles. It also explains the essence of the business plan and clarifies principle of applied methods. In the practical part is processed realistic business plan for the establishment and operation of the fitness center, which is prepared on the basis of market research through a questionnaire, PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model and SWOT analysis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current strategic position of Heaven Labs s.r.o. and suggest a recommendation for its future development, which will be based on specific strategic analysis methods. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the subject of a research will be divided into sections named strategy, process of strategy creation, business model, strategic analysis, macro and micro environment analysis, internal analysis and SWOT analysis. Later in the practical part, the company will be introduced. Afterwards the methods described in the theoretical part will be applied to identify external and internal factors affecting the strategic position of the company. The resulting work will be provided to the company management that will be able to use the findings gained from this work to plan future strategy.

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is a Strategic analysis of the company EkoFarma Ptýrovec s.r.o. Current situation of the company and attractiveness of the field are evaluated according to the results of strategic analysis and then recommendations for the future development are made. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is described methodology of analyses. The practical part contains introduction of the company, analysis of the external and internal environment such as PESTLE analysis, analysis of the industry, maps of the competitive groups and Porter´s model of five competitive forces. The next steps are VRIO analysis, financial and SWOT analysis. The final part is focused on making recommendations and summarizing.

The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis for Bastien Transporte, s.r.o. The finalized strategic assessment should serve as a tool to help the company get an overview of the strategic decisions, its position on the market and competitiveness. If the findings indicate that certain changes are necessary in order to improve the performance, the outcome should serve as an exemplary manual for their realization. The theoretical part consists of the most important aspects of a strategic analysis represented and explained by specialized literature focusing on the topic. The most significant aspects of the strategic analysis are the following models: PESTLE, 4C, Porters Five Forces, Benchmarking, McKinsey 7S and the final synthesis uses the SWOT Analysis. The practical part takes the tools into practice and they are used to analyze information about the company. The analysis is finalized by a SWOT analysis that is merging all the partial results from the models used. Final summary of the SWOT analysis includes proposed next steps the company should take. The whole analysis is summarized and included in the summary.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is strategic analysis of company Pivovar Vysoký Chlumec a.s. The main targets of this thesis are analysis of company's position and try to recommend some suggestions to the future with some tools of strategic analysis, which should help for develop the company. For the evaluation of actual position will be used methods like PEST analysis, Porter model of 5 forces, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis that summarize the whole strategic analysis. On the basis of the SWOT analysis there will be formulated the strategic recommendation for the future that should help the company in the beer market. These strategies can be also an inspiration for management and their plans for developing the company.

Analýza vstupu na mystery shoppingové trhy v rámci mezinárodní společnosti

This thesis deals with the topic of internal outsourcing of mystery shopping management within the multinational company Ipsos. The company has currently set up a Global Support Center for mystery shopping in Prague. The Global Support Center is supposed to create shopper panels (i.e. groups of mystery shoppers available to conduct mystery shopping tasks in a given country) in as many countries as possible and manage mystery shopping projects in these countries from the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to find the most suitable market for the shopper panel construction, the market where panel construction is a priority over other markets.After analysing the different markets worthy of consideration through an application of the CAGE analysis and the Porter´s Five Forces, France has been chosen as the most reasonable market to pursue when constructing the shopper panels.

The goal of the Masters thesis is to evaluate the company BENET AUTOMOTIVE s.r.o. based on strategic analysis of the market from the perspective of an external valuator. Selected company operates in the automotive field as a supplier for the automotive industry. First chapter is dedicated to methodology basis that is used in practical part of the thesis. At the beginning of the second chapter is a short presentation of the company. Further there is strategic analysis of the market, that is done through the analysis of macro and micro environment. Next there is the financial analysis which consists of absolute indicators, ratios, DuPont analysis, balance rules and default models. Furthermore, value drivers are calculated. Based on the the value drivers the financial plan is determined. Business valuation is done in the last part with DCF method.

The goal of this Masters Thesis is to estimate the value of CZC.cz s.r.o. as of 31.12.2016. The goal of estimating the firm value is to evaluate its current financial health based on historical data, which are primarily gathered from the firm annual reports and other official sources. The next step after evaluating the firm current health is to model future financial results based on expert predictions to find out what economic value will the firm bring to its owners, or what is the price for investor to pay for gaining control over the firm. The Thesis contains of two parts: theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part explains terms, methods and instruments used in evaluation process. Practical part consits the results of analysis and comments, and the result of estimating the firm value based on Discounted Free Cash Flow method. The Thesis ends with conclusion, which summarizes the results of analysis and valuation.
