Multifunctional building

This is a detached multifunctional building in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. The building is located in České Budějovice. Multifunctional building has five floors, one underground floor and a partial basement. The building is covered single-surface vegetation and double skin roof rack. On the first floor is a multifunctional building with reception vestibule, hall of which are accessible to all businesses and also the staircase space. The first floor is also a cafe, spatially separated from the multifunctional building. The café includes restrooms and stairs to get to the hinterland own cafe, where there is room for staff, toilet and are relevant warehouses drinks and other amenities. On the second floor there is a fitness center with all facilities and sanitary facilities. The gym also includes a reception and a health food store. In the third to fifth floor are residential units. A total of 5 apartments, where 2 and 3 flats are always identical. The building is based on foundation strips of plain concrete and masonry made of POROTHERM building system with a contact system of the company ISOVER. The project has been prepared complete documentation of new multifunctional building at the level of documentation for construction. Design of the building emphasizes the static and layout, fire safety, energy savings and safety in use. Drawing documentation was realized in ArchiCAD.
FAMILY HOUSE IN RYCHNOV NAD KNĚŽNOU

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

Peace in the shadow of the trees. A spring coming up from depths. The spa park is an island at the edge of the town. It is the highest value of its surroundings. That is why I place the volume of the spa on the side of the park along the road. There is a promenade connecting the constituent elements of the building. Full, heavy masses alternate with airy and bright ones. The park grows through the buildings, and in this way the spa and the park become closely intertwined. The interweaving of the built and the natural as the central theme of the project.

Práce je věnována generování náhodných struktur dvousložkových vláknových kompozitních materiálů a statistickým metodám analýzy náhodnosti těchto struktur. Byly vyvinuty čtyři algoritmy a vygenerované struktury byly statisticky porovnány s reálnými daty.
LED technology for Lighting Plants

The aim of the work is to describe the physiology of plants and their needs to the successful evolution and growth. Furthermore to introduce a characteristic light requirement of plants and summarize differences between light requirements of the human eye and plants. More there are shortly mentioned the light quantities and units and by means of these quantities and their units there is assessed the appropriateness of lighting for plants. Another aim is to describe the electric and lighting-technical LED parameters that are suitable for use as a lamp designed for illumination of plants, outline the basic requirements that should the lamp designed for illuminating the plants fulfill. The last part is devoted to the presentation and evaluation of the measurement results of the lamp, which was already developed and used on prototype light source using LED.
Winery and guest house

In my thesis I have dealt with a building plan of a winery and a boarding house located in South Moravia. It is a detached house which is embedded in a mildly steep land. The building itself is barrier free. There are two floors and a basement. There is a production of wine in the basement. It is separated into several parts such as a clean preparation room, a storeroom for wine bottles and storeroom for Nitrogen bottles, hall, emploees´area, and export. The basement and the first floor are conected with an elavator. The first floor is supposed to serve the visitors. There is a reception, a large degustation room, bar, kitchen and the sanitary facilities on the first floor. On the second floor there is acommodation for visitors. There are seven rooms adapted for two or three people. The vertical brickwork in the basement is formed by concrete blocks 50 by producer BEST. The above - grade vertical brickwork is made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM PROFI 44. The bulding is insulated with thermal insulation system Baumit open Premier. The horizontal construction is made of ceiling panels SPIROLL. A roofing above the second floor is made of nailed ties. The roof has saddle shape and is double skinned. Total height of building is thirteen metres. In front of the building there is parking lot for twelve cars and one place for disabled.
Mountain pension

This diploma thesis solves the project of four-storey, partly cellared mountain pension situated in the plant number 645/2 in the cadastral area in Deštné in Orlické hory. The building has a capacity of 44 seats to accommodate 72 persons in the restaurant and 57 persons in the wellness center. There is a wellness center with fitness room and engine room of air-conditioning system in the basement. There is an entrance hall with hotel base, restaurant, sanitary facilities and utility room with boiler room on the first floor. The second and third floor is designed for accommodation. There is an outdoor terrace of restaurant. The building has a load-bearing wall system. The load-bearing walls and the partition walls are bricked up of the porous concrete YTONG bricks and sand-lime bricks SILKA. The walls are insulated of mineral wool thickeness 200 mm and EPS Perimeter thickeness 140 mm underground section and plinth area. The ceiling structure are made of the prestressed hollow core panels spiroll thickness 250 mm and wooden beamed ceiling. There is a saddle wooden roof. The windows and the doors are made by the company Progress. The part of facade of the building is ventilated. This project is designed by the computer software ArchiCAD.

The thesis deals with design and implementation of an application module for salary computation, its implementation and check validation of results. The program has a form a multi-tier application using PostgreSQL with Entity Framework which is new feature in .NET framework 3.5 SP1.

The subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of project of a residential house. The object is divided into 3 buildings objects. The building has five floors. In first above-ground there is a mass garage for 36 cars. In others grounds there are 24 residential units. In each ground is for each apartment separate lockable cellar. Object is predominantly covered with flat roofs. The staircase area is covered with sloping roof.
