The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the topic an apartment building in the village Hutisko-Solanec and it is processed in the form of documentation for the execution of constructions. The building contains five units 3+ kk, one unit 2+ kk and two units 1+ kk. The building is in the shape of a simple rectangle with three above-ground and one underground floor. A structural system of the building is brick, combinened and consisted of a permanent formwork in the underground floor and in the above-ground floor is clay masonry of the type THERM. A floor structure is designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed by saddle and pitched roof. The building is completely insulated with the ETICS system.

The bachelor's thesis, entitled Apartment building, deals with project documentation at the level of documentation of construction for an apartment building. The building itself is located on the outskirts of the village Holešov in the direction of the village Přílepy. New construction sites have been created in the locality and development is planned. At the time of processing the project documentation, there are no buildings in the area and only preparatory work and installation of engineering networks are taking place there. The object is of a simple rectangular shape set in the middle of the plot. Most of the areas in the building are used for housing, the rest for technical and communication facilities. All living rooms are oriented favorably to the sides of the world. The apartment building has three floors and is partially basemented by one underground floor. Flats on the first floor of 4 + KK, flats on the second floor of 3 + KK, flats on the third floor of 2 + KK. The building is designed with a transverse wall masonry system of ceramic brick blocks, based on foundation strips. The project addresses two variants of ceiling structures, namely folded beam ceilings with superstructure and monolithic ceilings made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof. The building uses the ETICS contact thermal insulation system in a variant with mineral wool.

The diploma thesis is elaboration of project documentation of the object Housing for seniors in Brno - Dolní Heršpice. The site is located un the area with the planned development of the city. The object is detached, three-story with a partial basement. The building is divided into five parts. The building is based on concrete foundation pads and strips. The structural construction is a combined column and wall system in technological design as monolithic concrete. The building is designed as a low energy building, with contact insulation (ETICS). The whole building is designed with forced air exchange. An extensive and intensive walkable flat roof is designed. The aim is to create small, barrier-free, community housing with affordable services and support, with a possible life expectancy. Services for the elderly with reduced self-sufficiency and with mild health and mental dysfunctions are considered. The building is equipped with space for accommodation with a capacity of 48 beds, space for eating with a separate kitchen, space for leisure and physical activities, space for basic health and social care and space for administrative and technical facilities. Apartment building Polička

This bachelor thesis encompasses project documentation of build execution of a new apartment building. Designed building is located on the southeastern OKRAJI of Policka in a newly built location. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a flat terrain. The building has a total of 9 residential units with layouts of 3 + KK, 2 + KK and 1 + KK. All apartments except the barrier-free have a terrace or loggia and each apartment has a cellar located in the basement of the house. In the basement there is also a technical room, workshop, bicycle and carriage house and a common room. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from lost formwork. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Perimeter masonry above ground level is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roofing of the building is solved by flat roofs, while above the 2nd floor it is a vegetation roof with a terrace, above the 3rd floor there will be a non-walkable flat roof with a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips.
Family house with office - Ostrov u Macochy

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new family house with a design office and a partial basement, for which project documentation for the construction is being prepared. The proposed family house is located in the western part of the village of Ostrov u Macochy and is designed as a detached partially basement building with two floors and a garage. The family house is designed for a family of five. It is a single dwelling unit. The entrance to the building is situated on the northwest side. The "design office" is accessible from the vestibule of the house. In 1S and 1NP there are mainly spaces for communication, so we have a quiet zone mainly in 2NP. The living rooms are mostly situated on the south side and this ensures sufficient sunlight for the whole building. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact system and is designed from YTONG aerated concrete wall elements, the horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic and the whole building is based on foundation strips. The house is designed with a gable roof with pitched dormers on both sides, allowing access to the balcony. The roofing is designed with ceramic folded roofing tiles of anthracite colour. A vegetated flat roof is chosen over the garage. The façade will be finished with white silicone scratch plaster and bonded brick cladding.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is making the project documentation for construction of an apartment building in Vysoké Mýto. The apartment building is located on the western outskirts of Vysoké Mýto, in the residential area. It is a free-standing, three-storey, non-basement building with six housing units on the second and third floor. There are technical premises and four garages on the first floor. On the east side of the building, there is a parking lot and entrances to the individual garages. The vertical structural system of the building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system with EPS insulation. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The balcony boards are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with using ISO-supports. Vertical movement is possible through a staircase that is made of monolithic reinforced concrete or through the lift which is stored in a self-supporting shaft from monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on drilled piles in interaction with reinforced concrete foundation strips. The roof is flat, green in combination with pea gravel. The project was designed with a respect to current development in the area and with emphasis to the regulations. Parts of the work are schemes of technical equipment of buildings in the object and reviews of construction physics, in particular thermal technics, acoustics, insolation and lighting. The following programs were used: AutoCAD 2018, AutoCAD 2021, ArchiCAD, Teplo 2017, Světlo+, Building Designe, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Hluk+.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Holešov. The building plot is located in parts of the town of Holešov. The building is designed as suitable for accommodation and has three floors above ground and one underground. In the upper floors there are 8 residential units. In the underground floors there is a carriage house with a bicycle shed, a boiler room, a room for air conditioning, a storage room, a cleaning room and a cellar. The building is based on basic passports. The perimeter masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks and the underground floors are made of lost formwork. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels. The floors are connected by a two-armed reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is saddle, double-skinned from trusses.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of an new apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. It is a three-storey building situated on a slightly sloping terrain. The building is detached. The entrance is from the north side, where is an existing acess road. There are 4 same house units in the apartment building. The building is made of ceramic brick blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels and reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The roof is flat, single-skinned, green and with a constant inclination. This work contains documentation of the real execution.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the creation of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building on the street Labská zahrada, in the city of Hradec Králové, cadastral area Třebeš. It is a designed free-standing building, which has a basement along its entire floor plan. The building has a basement along its entire floor plan. In the basement there is a technical background of the building, common and storage areas. Each floor is designed with a different layout. On the first floor there are 2 residential units and space for business (hairdressing). There are 3 residential units on the second floor and 2 large residential units on the third floor. The fourth above-ground is formed only by the entrance to the main roof plane, which is designed as a flat, single-skinned with intense vegatation. The aim of processing the project documentation was, in accordance with applicable standards, laws and decrees, to fulfill the assignment and design the functional premises of the apartment building, which will create a pleasant living environment for future residents of this building. The design of the apartment building took place with regard to the currently valid zoning plan of the city of Hradec Králové.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the design documentation for an object at the realization of the construction phase. The final object is a detached apartment building with 4 above floors and 1 underground floor. The building is designed at a flat terrain in village Vyskytná. In the new building there are 9 housing units with different sizes and dispositions with total capacity of 24 persons. The foundation structure is designed in the form of foundation strips. The walls are made of ceramic blocks and the walls on the underground floor are designed from permanent formwork. Ceiling constructions are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The object is roofed with a flat roof. On the second and third floor there is a balcony on the west side, there is also a terrace on the fourth floor. On the ground floor there is terrace in the same position. The external thermal insulation of the building is considered as the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS).
