The TempO race organization methodology for beginners

Title: The TempO race organization methodology for beginners Objectives: The main goal of this work is to create a methodological manual for organizing the TempO race for beginners based on monitoring the work of organizers during the preparation and during the orientation race TempO Pod Parapletem. Another goal is to evaluate the feedback from the participants submitting suggestions for improvement based on the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey. Methods: The method of observation and the method of questioning were used in the thesis. The observation method was used to monitor the organizers in the preparation and implementation of the TempO Pod Parapletem race. Respondents' opinions on the organization and course of this race were obtained using the method of questioning. The individual steps of preparations and the implementation procedure were evaluated on the basis of the respondents' feedback. Results: The result of the organizers' observations was the compilation of a general procedure of partial organizational steps in the preparation of the TempO orienteering race. The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention.

Title: The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to examine the subjective impressions of participants after the completion of this program (lesson) so that it is possible to assess the emotional impact of the program and its impact on the further behavior of children. Methods: A quantitative strategy was used for the research part of the thesis. For the purposes of the research, two original questionnaires were created. 6 primary schools were contacted, in which the BanalFatal program previously took place. The questionnaire, aimed at school prevention methodologists, was filled in by all addressed school staff, but only in 4 school facilities, it was possible to interview school pupils. Thus, 6 school prevention methodologists and 164 pupils from 4 selected primary schools (Prague 11, 4, Litoměřice, Dačice) were interviewed. The questionnaire for prevention methodologists contains closed, semi-closed, and open questions. The questionnaire for pupils was created in the form of a survey and contained only closed questions. Sexual satisfaction in people with spinal cord injuries engaged in regular physical activity

Title: Sexual satisfaction in people with spinal cord injuries engaged in regular physical activity. Objectives: The main goal of this work is to determine the level of sexual satisfaction in people with spinal cord injuries, who perform regular physical activity. Methods: A battery of questions was used to find out the satisfaction of people with spinal cord injuries, who regularly perform physical activity. The WHOQOL 100, PASID, LATA, SAS SAQ questionnaires were used as basic for creating battery of questions. Data collection was completely anonymous and took place online. The survey involved 21 respondents with spinal cord injuries (18 men and 3 women) aged 18 to 75 years. All were included in the research because they met the criteria for performing regular physical activity. The results of the survey were processed into graphs and tables and supplemented by a written commentary. Results: It was found that for a majority of respondents their sexual life is important and for most of them the sexual life is a source of pleasure. Almost half of the respondents consider their sexual life satisfactory. However , less than half of the respondents state that not all their needs are met. Volunteering in para-athletics

Title: Volunteering in para athletics. Aims: The aim of this master thesis is research and insight into the problems within gaining volunteers in para-sport and further evaluate the volunteers motivation in attending the athletics contests. Methods: The qualitative research used for the examination is based on descriptive analyses. Two surveys and one interview were used for the enquiry of this volunteer phenomenon. To bring up the full picture of the volunteering phenomenon were chosen respondents who are representing three participating groups. First, individuals with volunteering experience, next students of Physical Education in practice and sport for people with specific needs, coordinators of athletes competitions and last para athletes. The research enquiry was based on original self structured surveys and interviews. Surveys were distributed via the electronic program Survio. The interviews were sent by email as a word file enclosure. Results: Results of this pilot research showed the meaning of volunteering in prarasport. The results of surveys for volunteers introduced some important points of motivation. Title: Analysis of the current offer of leisure activities with focus on physical activity for primary school pupils with special needs in Prague Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the services offered in the field of leisure activities with focus on sports and physical activity (PA) for primary school pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in Prague. Methods: We use two sources of data in our qualitative research. The first source is data obtained from the analysis of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports specifically for this research. The second source of data is a modified survey questionnaire created by Linhartova (2018). The questionnaire responses were obtained from 49 respondents, who were managers of centers and instructors of PA who provide leisure PA in Prague. Results: The research discovered insufficient support for PA among Prague primary school pupils with SEN in their free time. It turned out that on the one hand the offer of provided PA is not adapted to children with SEN and in the same way the offered activities are used by these children only to a very small extent, where it is more about individuals. The influence of alcohol on memory in the elderly

Title: The influence of alcohol on memory in the elderly Objectives: To estimate association between alcohol consumption and memory in the elderly above 60 years of age. Methods: The master's thesis is a cross-sectional study. All data were acquired from the Survey of Health Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) project. For the purpose of this research, the participants were divided into four categories according to the highest acquired level of their education. For data analysis, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney U test with Bonferoni's correction for post - hoc analysis were employed. The testing of participants involved immediate and delayed recall of 10 words. Results: In this research, a total of 36 534 participants were used. Out of this, 20 389 were females and 16 145 were males. In most categories, there were statistically significant differences in both tests, surprisingly preferring alcohol consumption (p<0.001). In males, who had problems with alcohol abuse during their life, the results of both tests were significantly worse (p<0.001). Title of the thesis: Blind football Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to apprise the public with sport which is as a phenomenon as football adapted to the possibilities of athletes with visual impairments. It is a sport that is not very popular in any territory of ours, just like all other sports for handicapped people. I would like to familiarize people, so that sports activity can come closer, but also to sports enthusiasts who are interested in basic information about this sports game. Method: The bachelor's thesis is made by the method of review, on the basis of summary from theoretical knowledge and specialized information. Title: Paralympic classification in table tennis players with physical impairments Objectives: The aim of this work is to create systematic text by literary research follow up issue about classification in paralympic sport with focusing on table tennis players with physical impairments. Methods: In this thesis we used qualitative research methods. It is based on the analysis and synthesis of available literature resources, key organizations, and expert consultations. Results: A comprehensive text about issue of classification in the paralympic table tennis of physically disabled players was created. This work can help national table tennis classifiers of physically disabled players to classify players. In the future, research in this area needs to be carried a way that the classification is truly based on scientific evidence.
