The aim of this thesis is to study the methods of a free space optical link design and its application in the communication technologies. The thesis describes possible intrusive influences on the transmitted optical signal, which are the signal noise, atmospheric attenuation and atmospheric turbulences. The thesis is particulary focused on the influence of the atmospheric turbulences and atmospheric attenuation on the optical beam.
Comparison of success rate of multi-channel methods of speech signal separation
Přikryl, Petr ; Zezula, Radek (referee) ; Míča, Ivan (advisor)
The separation of independent sources from mixed observed data is a fundamental problem in many practical situations. A typical example is speech recordings made in an acoustic environment in the presence of background noise or other speakers. Problems of signal separation are explored by a group of methods called Blind Source Separation. Blind Source Separation (BSS) consists on estimating a set of N unknown sources from P observations resulting from the mixture of these sources and unknown background. Some existing solutions for instantaneous mixtures are reviewed and in Matlab implemented , i.e Independent Componnent Analysis (ICA) and Time-Frequency Analysis (TF). The acoustic signals recorded in real environment are not instantaneous, but convolutive mixtures. In this case, an ICA algorithm for separation of convolutive mixtures in frequency domain is introduced and in Matlab implemented. This diploma thesis examines the useability and comparisn of proposed separation algorithms.
Development in 3D Packaging for Modern Electronics Systems
Prikryl, Petr ; Švecová, Olga (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is 3D package design study and elaboration of rules for effective thermal and electrical design. There are recommendations and equations for calculating parameters affecting design of modern SOP and SIP packages mentioned in this thesis. Advantages of modern technologies in thermal management of packages are demonstrated in the second part of thesis using ANSYS workbench.
Semiautomatic Dispenser Application in Flexible Low Series PCB Assembly in SMT
Prikryl, Petr ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is solving the issue of introducing the Dotmaster semi-automatic dispenser into the flexible low series surface mount technology assembly of printed circuit boards. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of introduction to the dispension of solderpastes, adhesives and packaging materials. The second part is focused on the description of the Dotmaster semi-autamatic. The last part is devoted to actual measuring and observation with the device using PD 860002 SA adhesive made by Heraeus company and SAC solder paste by Kester company. Showing the characteristics of dependecies of the shape of the dispensed adhesive and solder paste on several parameters of dispension follows.

Bílovice nad Svitavou - nepodsklepená dřevostavba rodinného domu
Přikryl, Petr
The Bachelor thesis deals with the design of non-cellar wooden building in the locality of Bílovice nad Svitavou with the emphasis on local architectural character of the nature and the town plan. The system STEICO has been chosen for the de-sign solution of the wooden building and the house should conform to the needs of four-member family. The normative and legal requirements applicable in Czech Republic are considered in the building design solution. The design of the house is made in five layout options with variable built-up area of the plot. Flat green roof is considered as roofing. Relevant drawing documentation with technical description will be elaborat-ed for the chosen option. A part of the thesis is the calculation of heat transfer coefficient and determination of the informative price according to a uniform classification of buildings.
