Product Communication Strategy

The thesis is focused on the communication strategy of the bridal salon La Queen. In the first part of the thesis, to introduce the topic, the theoretical background is described. In the second part of the thesis, an analysis of the current communication activities of the bridal, a survey and evaluation of the questionnaires are presented. The main goal of the theses is to, following the analysis and the processing of the survey data, propose a set of measures that could improve the marketing communication strategy of the chosen company.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Truhlářství Roman Parolek, s. r. o. over the years 2011 to 2014. The first part describes the theoretical background used to approach the issue. There are also described the methods and ways of calculating of financial analysis. The second part of this thesis focuses on the analysis of internal and external environment of the company and the actual execution of financial analysis. According to the findings, in the conclusion there are analysed vulnerabilities of the company and suggested measures that would contribute to improving the company’s financial situation.
